Lady up front/receiving packages was rude and disrespectful to not only me but an elderly lady in front of me, refuses to scan packages. I don't understand why people like this work in customer service to begin with.

Christy is always rude and seemingly bothered by having to do her job. My husband and I will avoid going in if we see she is working due to how rude she is. I run an online business and give this PO a lot of $$. Rudeness is one thing but last week 2 Bell residents, including myself, had a delivery of freshly hatched chicks. When I arrived to pick up my 100 chicks another worker went to get them for me. Christy comes to the front to tell me the chicks were annoying her so she COVERED THEM AND PUT THEM OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT. When I got home and unboxed the chicks there were ten dead (this has never happened in the 10 years we have been ordering) and they had not been dead long (they were not stiff). I contacted my carrier (who is AMAZING) and let her know what happened. Since there was another box of chicks waiting on someone to pick them up she called to check on them given what happened to mine. When she called to check on them THEY WERE ALL DEAD. So since Christy was “bothered” by the chicks the other person lost ALL of theirs and I lost 10 (60 + chicks). This is sad, irresponsible and I hope there are consequences for her careless actions. Avoid this post office best you can and take your business elsewhere.

Love our mail ladies for everything they do they work so hard and don’t get the credit they deserve but this review is for the post master Christy ran my route and didn’t grab my outgoing mail the flag was up and even put mail in my box and wouldn’t grab my outgoing mail and she admitted that but I heard 2 different excuses of why my outgoing mail didn’t get taken Christy was rude and I gave it right back to her. Again our mail ladies 5 stars I wonder if our mail ladies had left out going mail in a mailbox if Christy would have made excuses for them I doubt it very much .

Normally they are helpful but today they screwed me over, would not even hear my request, interrupted me with "can't do it" before she even knew what I wanted, WHICH WOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO REPEAT "CAN'T DO IT" over and over and wouldn't let me speak.

Wasted trip and time. Tried calling ahead to see what services they offered for shipping. Was told one thing over the phone but the exact opposite when actually showed up.

Delivery of mail is horrible, don’t have a package shipped or it will be left on the side of the main road and not in your driveway or by your gate

Friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual ❤️ The representative who assisted me that day was able to quickly and easily handled our business. ? The building and parking lot are both super clean ? and there is plenty of parking available, including handicap accommodations. ♿️Delivery is touch and go sometimes. ? But they do their best considering the small town we live in. ?? Thank you Bell Post Office for handling all our postal needs. ?

I love this post office! I have never been in a post office with such awesome people! Christy has helped me every time with a smile and its refreshing to get a post office with such awesome, happy, polite and helpful people such as Christy because I came from south Florida and they were horrible! Thank you Christy for all your assistance!

I don't know how someone so rude and disrespectful can be a part of postal services that's responsible to recieving and sending people's medication. Christy is the most disrespectful woman I have ever dealt with in my life people like yourself should be ashamed to work in customer service and to think she is responsible for handling the votes for this country
