I like to keep it local so I stopped by and spoke to Shane. I needed brakes on my 2013 CRV. It looks like a long-standing owner and a certified helper as a two-man crew for this space here in Bell. But look at the parking lot! The right people trust this place. I had a great experience. My brakes were finished in one afternoon. Competitive shop rate that was more than fair. I was even alerted to an issue with my rear tire from the complimentary inspection. Glad to have a local shop I can trust.

Shane from Shriners has horrible customer service tendencies. He likes to speak to woman as if they are below him! He also like to handle his customers with extreme unprofessionalism, and does not like to own up to his mistakes!! He will over charge you thousands and you will still have to take your truck to another shop!! No accountability from Shane!! Do not reccomend

My wife had a flat. After she put on the spare, she took it to Shriners. They took care of her immediately. The tire could not be fixed. They gave her some options including new tire prices as the existing tires were worn. They ordered new tires. They came in the next day and Shane replaced them the next day. Great service!

Jeff gives superior automobile repair. He has never tried to rip me off and has always done excellent work on all my vehicles for the past 20 years. He keeps a clean yard and shop. He also doesn't put up with employees that do bad vehicle repair, which is a very good thing.Services: Oil change
