Worked with Natalie who was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Her office seemed busy. She responded to my text and we were able to go to her office the following day & sign a contract on the properties we were interested in. Since we do not live too close to Bell, we are able to do the closing with docu-sign. We would recommend her if you're looking for property in Gilchrist or Dixie county. Her voice mailbox was full when I called on 2 occasions but she did respond to my text and she did answer her phone a few times.
I just wish we had time to eat at the BBQ place near by, which I understand is awesome. Maybe next time!

Mrs Suzanne will definitely go out of her way to assist you in making the right choices when it comes to real estate. She has been very patient with me, and provided me with vital information that I needed to know before purchasing a property, so that I don’t get stuck with the wrong property.
She does her research and she goes above and beyond. I’ve talked to many realtors, and I’ve never had any of them research and do the foot work on properties like Mrs. Suzanne has done for me.
