I stopped here on Thursday around noon. Couldn't find the 2 litres of coke. Was offered help when I looked lost. Why I went to the restroom the gentleman cashier got my soda and had it waiting at the register. Best service ever!!!

I'd rather shop here any day rather than the dollar store. They normally have all their shelves stocked and the staff have always been friendly. They do seem to be less busy than the dollar store. If you shop at the dollar store and their out of what you want, just go over to the family dollar and they will have it.

The store was well-stocked oh, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. They need to hire more people. Poor lady was running back and forth trying to stock shelves and run the register.

I really only go in here to buy cigarettes sometimes on the weekend if I'm home in the area (but I try to avoid this since they are more expensive than where I usually go). But I will rate 5 stars for their service. I've been helped by about at least 5 or 6 different employees and they've all been great.They're friendly, they say thank you, and even one time when the lady didn't hear me come in, she could not stop apologizing for my 3 minute wait (I really don't know how long, but it really wasn't long and she felt so bad).I think we all come across rude people that just seem to hate their jobs (or something?) all the time. It's just nice that I can say I have not run into this at all here. And I cannot say that I can think of another place I've been to that every employee was great like this, there's always that one person, at the least, that is just unfriendly or plain rude. So thanks to you all, keep it up, it really goes a long way and has a lasting effect! ??

This place is okay and usually very well stocked and neat but it's a little old fashioned and the employees are fantastic.We would really love to see this location renovated and turned half family Dollar half Dollar tree.We really feel like the area would benefit from this change.
