Clayton is very professional! He quickly responds to all questions and concerns. He was also very fair with his pricing. Clayton installed our new filter system and the next day we noticed a leak. He quickly came and took care of the issue. We would highly recommend Clayton and his company, Elite Water Company! He takes great pride in the quality of his work and service.

I would give more then 5 stars if possible. We previously went through 4 other type water softers, This product is wonderful !
Clayton Faulkner who installed the water softner was kind, respectful, and took his time to show me how to use it, and answered all my questions.
His workmanship is excellent!
I would highly recommend you contact Clayton for a estimate, the price is also extremly fair.
This I know from the mess we spent on past softners and what we got!

Smooth experience, I had iron in my water plus hard water. Clayton has great communication and knowledge about this stuff and he has made himself available for any questions you need. Great price aswell! My water tastes like what it should! Water! ??

I had Clayton come to my home a couple of times for routine maintenance and service on my old system. Ultimately I had to have a new system installed. His service was timely, and prices are fair. Very satisfied with all aspects of service. Definitely recommend Elite Water Sytems.

I was researching water filtration as we had a new well and had hard water with a high iron content. I came across Elite and messaged them. Clayton responded right away after I sent a message and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to come out quickly and do a free consultation and water test. He had the equipment ordered, it came in and he had it installed by the following week, explaining everything in detail to my husband. Clayton was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, very nice. The clean, clear, sparkling, no odor water is absolutely wonderful.

I had come across a post by Elite Water Company at just the perfect time. I reached out to ask where I could purchase a line for our water softening system that our puppy had so graciously decided to chew. Not only did he have the line we were needing but also worked with us on servicing our system. Clayton fit us into his schedule, showed me what to do and what to look for if we ever ran into a problem and explained the system since I knew next to nothing about them. Everything about our experience with him was superb. Commutation, punctuality, professionalism, kind, respectful, you name it he got it all right. I definitely recommend him and his services.
