I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup to get after work. Order was placed 7am in the morning to pickup 4pm-5pm. I arrived around 4:30pm and saw the items and my order still wasn't ready. Checked the counter to see if the reason it wasn't ready was because they were out of stock, items were still available so I went up to the cashier to ask about my order and the cashier went to check the store mail as if it would have been delivered by UPS or FedEx. I said it would be there it's 3 cases of sodas. Cashier went to ask a manager. Manager told the cashier to say order hadn't arrived yet. This isn't something that arrives , it's processed in store. It was obvious they don't know what online orders are. Because the order wasn't filled I lost the coupon value because it couldn't be put back on my account till the order was canceled and since they didn't know what online orders are the order didn't automatically cancel till the coupon expired.

Disgusting to be greeted with cigarette smoke.. especially when u and a child have asthma…this should not be allowed at the entrance way…cigarette breaks should be off to the side or back of the building, but NOT the entrance…

Pretty good location. We call it the Walmart of Bell. Seems to get busy at times, but the cashier's are pretty quick. Some cashier's need to learn how to bathe or wear deodorant, but most of the other ones are super friendly, which is odd for Dollar General employees. They keep the shelves well stocked. We like to go for their freezer ice cream, it's usually 3.00 cheaper than Winn-Dixie and Walmart's. So when you go get their ice cream and it's sold out, you can thank me.

Staff I always friendly. They will go out of the way to help you if needed. Store is kept clean and tidy even when putting out stock.

Its a busy store, you have to know when deliveries are made of produce etc. The store really has everything you could want. Prices excellent .
