I came in today and Candice was so nice. I watched her with other people and no matter how they acted towards her she killed them with kindness. Such a sweet lady.

I had my first experience with TGH Imaging on 09/05/24 for an MRI. I was a little reluctant due to reviews from previous patients but I was very happy with my appointment. The staff at the front were very pleasant and timely. I observed a patient that was having difficulty with the paper work and understanding what he needed to do. A woman came out and sat with him going over the paper work more than once and was very pleasant the whole time. Shannon who did my MRI was wonderful. She explained everything in detail and was very competent at starting my IV. She was nothing less than awesome. I am so happy I went to TGH Imaging at Bayonet Point. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I took my 8 yr old in for an xray. Wait time was manageable. They asked for my ID while checking in even though I explained the xray was not for me. Even handing thenlm her insieance card and xray script with her name on it.When time came to go back they called my name. I told the tech I was not the patient. They said oh sorry. Went in back and did her xray and tech asked me to verify the date of birth mid xray. They had my name and my birthday on xray screen. I told them it was wrong and again that I was not the patient. They said they would fix it. Was told results would be sent to Dr through a dr portal later that day. 5 days goes by and dr said they didn't find it. I explained how they mixed our names up and low and behold, it was sent under MY NAME!

This location USED TO BE very good BUT since Tampa General took over this location they are AWFUL!!!! Get ready for your ultrasound appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled the day before without a reason given. If you’re trying to get an X-ray the same day of your ultrasound, you’ll be there for several hours in addition since they refuse to take appointments for X-rays now so that you can align them with your other appointment. TGH has brought total incompetence to a once well run location.

I have never had an experience like this. Since when is it up to a technician to decided if I need a mammogram. I was humiliated and gaslighted by Patty the technician. I was also supposed to have a mammogram and a bilateral ultrasound of the breast but since I had this technician and she gave me a hard time. I should tell you also my appointment was for 9:15 I arrived early like they requested but I wasn’t seen until 10:15am! The ultrasound tech was nice but obviously Patty influenced her and the radiologist. I have had biopsies before so I appreciate that an ultrasound be done because of scar tissue. However none was done for that breast. I will never go back to this facility unless it is the absolute emergency. To be gaslight like this was just amazing.shocking

I just have to say Candance from the Bayonet point office and Darlene filling in from the New Port Richey office went above and beyond to help the people who were having problems. I watched Darlene sit with a patient for over 15 minutes helping her figure out what she needed to do. Candace from Bayonet Point did the same. Thank you girls for going the extra step

Checked in at MyChart. Told could not find me at the front desk. Had me listed twice under a different name. Came 30 minutes early as per instructions for a 115pm mammogram. Waited over 2 hours for a simple mammogram. Will not use TGH for any future health services. Poor health guest patient experience, extremely long wait. Hire more health professionals to accommodate the capacity of patient orders please. Wow!! ?

Horrible!! I didn't have the order in front of me when I made the appointment. The lady just guessed at the code & scheduled me anyway. I wait a few weeks for the appointment, fast all night, go to the appointment, wait for an hour to be told it was "code specific" & the wrong code was used to schedule. I was sent home. Maybe next time just tell me upfront that I have to have the code & I need to call back to reschedule instead of wasting everybody's time! This is not the first issue I've had with these people.

I can’t give a star rating because when I called to make an appointment the person who answered was very rude. It’s sad that some staff members ruin things for the staff that are helpful. I advised my PCP how rude this person was not helpful at all!!! I hung up. Customer Service is a caring job and you need to speak to the person on the other side with respect. I will go to New Port Richey from now on. Customer service is always important people do have bad days but think about what kind of day the person you’re speaking with is having.
Customer Service is number one in any type of company.
