I really like the gym itself. It's spacious, never too packed, and I have access to the equipment I need without long waits. Very clean! Customer service is OK. The male staff are typically very friendly. The female staff not so much unfortunately. I come here 5 days a week, have been for months, and I'm blatantly ignored by the female staff. I've tried to consider the idea that maybe they are having a bad day, or they didn't see me because they are typically on their phones at the front desk, but I've had female staff make eye contact with me as I enter or leave the building and not say a word. Not how I would personally welcome visitors in my place of business and I've been in customer service for 30 years but >shrug<. I'm also not interested in making friends when I go to the gym per se so its hardly a deterrant for me. I travel often and have been to 10+ PFs throughout the country and this is the only one I've ever experienced this. However, overall. I enjoy coming here!

Wide open Planet Fitness. Super spacious with very friendly staff! White walls with natural light and never any issues with the machines. I looked under a machine and accidentally found a Golden Turkey and won a free water bottle. ?

The Holiday, FL won’t let you take the tour or try the gym for a day (free day pass as per the National accepted App) unless you PAY $10… for the free pass. If they can’t afford to let you try, they can’t afford cleaning supplies - or maybe the equipment is rubbish and they know you won’t come back. I won’t.

The employees are nice ... a couple are super friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable unfortunately I can't remember his name definitely better when he's there overall nice place. His name is Tyler he's great

Very clean and lots of equipment.Bring your own foam roller as they have none and bring extra water as the drinking fountain has been broke for two weeks.Minor issues, this place is awesome.

Great gym, always clean and well kept, I like doing the 30 minute workout, the only problem is having ignorant people come in that area and just sit on 1 machine or go back and forth between 2 machines. I wish the staff would enforce the rules. As with any gym, you get the LAZY SLOBS that don't clean the equipment!! But mostly people are friendly and courteous. I like seeing the elderly people there working out, glad they're not giving up on life. If you've never worked out or if you've always worked out, Planet Fitness this is the place you'll fit in
