I have been a customer of In & Out Express Lube for about 2 years. They take care of their customers like family, not only at oil change time, but any in-between needs as well. My husband is no longer able to service my vehicle and it is very reassuring to know that if I need anything, like air in my tires, I can stop by and get friendly service.

Got my 2nd oil change at this location. Jacob was my technician. He was very nice, quick service and wasn't pushy on the cabin filter (which was refreshing ). I will definitely be back for the next oil change!

On july 3rd my mom took her vehicle for an oil change and head straight home since the place is right down the road.the next day After the oil change she made her normal errands and had no issues until she made it back to her neighborhood where the engine made excessive amount of noises and smoke coming out from the engine bay. She reached out to the company and told them what happened. One of the “owners” showed up. Simple instructions were made to the gentleman to only visually check what happened. The gentleman jacked the vehicle up and had a drain plug in his hand. She was under the vehicle with him to also inspect what was happening and he was trying to install the drain plug back in the oil pan and trying to convince my mom that is was tight which is was not “reason why oil is all over”. I left work early because my mom was stressed out and crying due the situation. We went to the company that did the oil change to talk to the manager/owner which are two brothers they say. Explained the situation that mistakes happen and was trying to have a civil conversation about it. One owner( in the photo) got into my face and was very hostile. Explained to the owner that my mom brought a perfectly running car for an oil change and now the oil is all on the ground. Tried to talk to the “calm” owner but the other owner was getting into my face. He stated that she has not been there for a year which seems like a sabotage due to his demeanor. Once the conversation was done me and my mom walked to my truck to leave and he started approaching my vehicle very fast. I closed my door and proceeded to leave. I am all about supporting local businesses but this is very unacceptable it has caused my mom heartache and stress due to this being her only vehicle and now she has to buy a engine due to a companies fault that can not own up to their mistakes.I do not recommend this place what so ever.

Don't trust too may people with my car but Chris over here is knowledgeable great attitude and to the point no hidden fees or expenses!!! Definitely recommend.

Very welcoming. Professional and nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Soooo much better then the take 5 oil chain places.. nobody tries to up sell you things you don't need..

Good people work here. I had two oil changes done and both time my engine skid plate fell down. The second oil change I told them the dealer zip tied it back on and asked if they had zip ties during my second oil change. Well needless to say my skid plate fell for the second time. I can’t go back there.
