“Phil did a great job detailing my husband’s carpet. After, there was a lot of water damage from the windshield. Safelite had replaced the windshield for us but, the glue on one side didn’t adhere good so it allowed a good flow of rain water to come in. He went above and beyond to work with us while we dealt with this problem, even communicating with safelite covering the cost of the damage. We will now use Phil for any detailing that we need for our vehicles.”
“I needed a self wash place because my new used car has a loose side mirror and I was concerned a regular car wash would rip it off. I’ve never used a self wash before, but the instructions were very clear and the facility was very nice and clean. I didn’t realize you had to push the stop button when you use a credit card, but the lady that works there came out and showed me what to do and then paid for my vacuuming and gave me a free air freshener! She was very sweet; I definitely recommend using them!!
The vacuums work really well, again it’s a new used car so it was very dirty and the vacuums got everything off the seats in the floor really easily. I also paid a dollar for the dry cloth so I wouldn’t have water spots and it was enough to cover my whole car, so great product and a great price!!
Found out today my car Is silver, not sandy gold ;-) I know the drive-through places are faster, but there is something truly satisfying about cleaning Your car by hand! Fully recommend using this car wash!”
“My favorite car was in the area - well lit, well shaded, vacuums always work - and they work very well - clean towels for interior cleaning a d for glass, also has glass cleaner and interior cleaner on hand! Great place!”

Therefore I go to Mike’s Hand Wash once a month (and clean car myself the weeks in between) and absolutely love the level of excellence and detail they do inside and out. I also like the detail center that's been added. You can use free glass cleaner and inside car cleaner. I'm super happy with all services and will definitely be back!”

“This is hands down the best car was in my area. I do not feel at any moment I will be shot, so plus. However, one of the stalls alarm won't sound when times up, I believe its the 4th or last stall. But they are VERY nice and have a sign so it's whatever. I will say I have seen the owners and they very nice. The road around it does need a little repaving but it is all good. I will give it 5 stars, it's a good carwash!
NOT an automatic one like down the street, for the lazy SUV slobs so major PLUS!

“They do a fantastic job!! I bought a used truck it's in really good shape except the inside was dirty and had a slight mildew smell from the back brake light. It looked like a brand new truck inside and out, it was a fantastic job. The only negative thing was and I didn't notice it till I was leaving, my windshield had like some smudge areas on it that I just have to wipe off myself but what a great job. Five stars ?”

“The management is friendly and I love supporting a veteran-owned business in my neighborhood. Tommy's Express just opened a second location in Spring Hill on 50 but this review is for the one I have been using for four years, on Mariner by Northcliffe. I have a monthly membership for two vehicles, with the veteran discount. It is auto-drafted so I can just drive up and go through. I don't generally use the vacuum station section, but I have in the past. Pros: quick, convenient, and I can go as much as I need to, without extra cost, especially during love bug season. Also, there are locations elsewhere if I'm traveling. I've also used the one in Hudson on 19 but only a couple of times. Cons: lately, the soap doesn't clear off the back windshield at the end of the wash. I thought at first it had something to do with having a different size and shape vehicle, or how fast I go through. But I've seen other people comment about this, so I'm going to bring it up next time I go through. Also, the Halloween display is really gross and morbid. A body hanging upside down, blood, blood handprints that look child-sized. Am grossed out and I avoid the car wash during that time period. I know of one child that was absolutely frightened. Would ask that they reconsider this display, as it is unavoidable for us regular customers during that time period. Those two things are the only factors that bring a five-star experience down to a four. Overall, a great car wash experience.”

“There are More positives than negatives by far. The cleaning job is excellent, when all equipment is working and activating at the proper times instead of at the windshield. I can certainly see a big difference in the crew members that take Pride in there job. They'll welcome you with an honest smile and often good conversation if you have questions or feedback. That being said some days you'll be guided thru with little to no personality or the curtesy of having obvious debris sprayed off. All in all a good spot to get a solid clean.”
“The nearest fast food joint is 8 miles from where I reside. Dine out restaurant's are even further. With that being said, I've eaten enough Dunkin to last some one a year. My thirst didn't usually get sick of drinks though. I've had my fair share of difficulties with dune of the employees, (even mgmt at one point,) but, a lot of the woman know my face, know my drinks, know how I want something made or prepared. Same with the gas attendants. I've become friends with a few of them. So, at first glance, it may be a regular Mobil with a donut shop, but regulars know the difference.”
