Your treatment of me has been rude offensive and insulting, and I'm sick and tired of it, and I have contacted miss Kathy Kester and I'm going to resolve this problem. You people do not have the right to abuse the homeless veterans and that's that.

My husband was in the VA hereThey were wonderful and compassionate. He eventually passed away due to Agent Orange. His last days here in hospice were peaceful and they took very good care of him and showed care for me. I think they are great.

This ER needs some serious work! Came in at 10pm with severe anxiety. I am having to face my husband for the 1st time in court for domestic violence since he tried to kill me last month. I got nurse Robin, what a nasty individual!! No compassion, no bedside manner, rude, disrespectful, kicked my friends out of the room. She asked me "what do you want tonight". All I wanted was something to take the day I was going to see him for the 1st time since the bruital attack. The doctor came in and was also very rude. He would not give me anything that would help me. I ended up walking out in tears. I got out to the waiting room and paramedic Chad was there with my friends. He was so amazing! Chad talked to the charge nurse about Robin. Chad got me a drink and had me sit until I calmed down a little bit. From what I understand this is not the first time Robinhas been this way with veterans. She needs to be fired. I will not be coming back to this VA ever again. Domestic violence survivors should not be treated this way!

A great place even kinder Personnel. VA maybe should consider training private hospitals and doctors I give them 101% rating keep up the good job

Ok let me explain my review please. I was never a patient here, only drove around the campus. I am a veteran and am interested in possibly living in the Bay Pines area and using the VA. As other reviews said, a very random campus with spread out buildings. Seems Iike if you had a dermatologist apt and an apt at another clinic after- you would have a major walk possibly. They do have shuttles. That's what I personally saw. Otherwise I was somewhat impressed but at the same time some buildings looked very dated or even historic. The parking looked packed. I wish the VA would build a tall modern hospital tower with a parking garage. And do it properly with correct sized facilities and amount of staff, parking, etc.

VA hospital with a large multi-building campus. Offers a large range of services to veterans. It's in St. Petersburg Florida and is such a good hospital that seaonable VA snow birds save medical services for this hospital even if they have a VA hospital where they live. It's very clean and the staff is efficient. I highly recommend veterans use this hospital. It has several satellite clinics in nearby cities also run efficiently. Major services are referred to St. Petersburg.

Had appt today in Urology. I was nervous and uncertain. Nurse JJ and Nurse Cathy had wonderful bedside manner and made my visit reassuring and less stressful. Thank you so much.
