?Japanese Department Store with a Disney Spin?I had the pleasure of vacationing in Japan in the past, and being in this store reminded me of many of the shops in Shibuya and Tokyo. As Mitsukoshi Department Store is part of Epcot, there's, of course, a lot of Disney-related merchandise to browse, but even so it's mostly focused on Japanese properties, such as Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, Hello Kitty, and Studio Ghibli. There's shirts, Funko pops, gashapon (blind box) figures, fans, artwork, incense, candy, snacks, and other unique items to add to your collection. The store is quite sizeable (keep walking to the back!), and makes a great stop if you're wanting to browse indoors away from the heat or inclement weather. It's my favorite of the merchandise-related stores in Epcot.

It's a good place to look for novelty items, but on the 2 occasions that we went, I was unable to make eye contact with any of the multiple employees behind the counter talking with each other despite standing directly in front of the counter with a hopeful expression and my wallet out. Give this place a miss would be my suggestion.

2024 May 4★Definitely you'll get a Japanese vibe here. It's close to being at a Japanese department store, with the exception of having bento boxes of food. However, there's plenty of Japanese snacks, merchandise and other gifts. With all staff Japanese, you'll really get mentally lost and get a Japan feeling if you are here for a while.Great store. Perfect where it is.

I love the Mitsukoshi store in EPCOT. You can get lots of Japanese items such as Kimonos / Yukata, anime items, Sanrio, , Pokemon, candy from Japan, purses, lucky cats, porcelain dolls, etc.The store is very large and has lots of different stuff you can buy.The staff was really friendly and had great customer service. My husband has been speaking Japanese for over 2 years, my son and I are just starting to learn and the staff was thrilled to have us speak Japanese with them.Posting pictures of some of the items that I bought from Mitsukoshi.

I love all the employees! They’re so kind and sweet, and they encourage you to speak Japanese with them. As someone who is trying to learn, it’s a great place to practice without having to pay to actually go to Japan.

This is truly a hidden gem in EPCOT World Showcase. Quite possibly one of the largest shops in any of the World Showcase pavilions, Mitsukoshi is a great place to browse for truly unique and authentic Japanese items. Definitely worth a visit to spend some time here.

Received exceptional service at Mikimoto boutique located inside Mitsukoshi. Both saleswomen who helped me were patient & gracious. Love my new earrings so much - they’re gorgeous! Thank you ?

Definitely a unique gift shop in the middle of WDW's Epcot where it sells plenty of pop culture items that are popular in Japan from Pokemon to Sailor Moon to Demon Slayer to My Hero Academia to Hello Kitty to Super Mario to Spy x Family among many others, and snacks and drinks to enjoy laterBut..., I'd wished they would sell Pokemon plushies that are on the Pokemon Center website(like the Sitting Cuties, the Pokemon Dolls(like the shop used to), etc.) rather than the Jazwares plushies that aren't as high quality and can be found anywhere in stores.Other than that nitpick, it's a great place to shop whenever you're on the World Showcase

This department store has been in Japan for a long time. I am glad they open a location here at EPCOT. There are so many things to see and purchase. Of course being at EPCOT you know the price will be jacked up. All staff are very nice and professional. It is a nice place to browse when it's hot or rainy, or just to take a shopping break.

Do not go in. You will walk out with your bags full and wallet empty. Lol.

Always one of our stops in Epcot. I wish they still had the Sake Bar but there is always something fun and interesting to look at.

This place has a bit of everything. There isn't really theme, it just feels like a random assortment of stuff. Lots of Sanrio and Studio Ghilbi merch. Is it overpriced? Probably. There's also a small grocery section by the checkout section. Got some overpriced Cup Noodles there. If you live by a Miniso, Daiso, or Asian supermarket in general, they probably have the same things except it's more expensive here.

Great place to find Japanese homewares, snacks and drinks as well as some of the famous exports like Pokémon and hello kitty. You will also find the Akoya pearls here, a great souvenir and a lovely experience to round out your "visit to Japan"
