Amazed by the professionalism, service and courtesy received. My Breitling had condensation on inner glass, fault of which was my own for not tightening the crown enough. Alex said he'd open it and let it dry normally and hope no damage. Did such and said it was ready and there had been no damage. He could easily have said he needed to some type of fix, but was honest. Picked up watch and was given the invoice. Items were, Decasing, Cleaning of case and bracelet, water resistant test. Total $0.00, Good will. Will now take any watch needed for repair to him. Awesome.

I brought my Rolex here for service, which I'd put off for years (if it ain't broke...). I was always concerned that more harm would come from a service than good. So when I was finally forced to do it (as a result of going swimming with the crown pulled out - d'oh!), the watch was looking pretty rough. A friend in watch sales recommended this place as "wholesale" (since their work comes mostly from retailers). Authorized Rolex dealers were quoting me a STARTING price of $600 for the 6-year service, so when I got a quote here for about the same amount for a watch that had stopped working, I knew it was the best deal I was going to get. Not only is my baby back on my wrist, but it looks even better than new, because I was able to request the middle links be high-polished (making it look like a newer model). I dealt with Carla, who was great by phone, email and in person, and the shop looks ultra modern and open. Highly recommend.

I have been using Swiss Watch Service for the past 20 years, They have serviced Patek Phillipe, Rolex, Breitling and Glashutte with outstanding results. Their professionalism truly is outstanding.

I have been coming here for years to get my watches over hauled. They are very honest they service mainly high end wacthes that I know of. They do all the servies in house so your watch is not shipped out, and repaired elsewhere. They owners are very friendly, and helpful. I even needed a battery for one of my eatches, and they did not even charge me !!!
