I had an issue with Zelle so I had to go to a Regions branch. I arrived at 9 am to the Bal Harbour one (it was my first time there) and the Senior Relationship Banker Lisbet Torres immediately took my case. She resolved it super fast and was out of the bank 10 minutes later. Exceptional service.PS: my appreciation to Marcia as well!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my wife & I took a specific business trip to open up a personal checking , savings , business account and apply for a credit card they told us we needed a bill to sign up since we are from out of state okay sounds good then the lady sai she needs to speak with her boss next thing you know he comes out & refuses to open our accounts and said no regions will accept us because we have no Florida address mind you we have PLENTY out of state banks & sure enough the next regions location we go to has no issue opening our accounts and says they gave us false information the lady I worked with at this branch was not helpful but remotely decent attitude the bald head man was RUDE brushed us off and treated us very poorly if they didn’t want to work with us that is fine but they did not have to lie to us we will be filing many complaints starting with a BBB complaint not sure if they were racist or homophobic but we didn’t have there full attention from the moment we walked in they were skeptical and not attentive I wish my real estate program did not recommend working with regions because I would do NO business with them at all due to this branch!!! If you need to go to regions I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!

The worst customer experience and customer service. I wish I had gone to another branch to open my loan. Marica the teller is unbelievably rude. But she will tell you 35 years of 100% customer service. Their google reviews speak for themselves. They are in competent and don’t even know the terms and restrictions of their own loans. I was misinformed and misguided.

I was told that my large deposit was going into a high interest rate cd. After receiving my quarterly statement, I noticed I wasn’t getting much interest at all. I quickly withdrew all the money out of the bank and gladly paid a penalty for doing so. This bank should be investigated.

There is a teller at the Bay Harbor Islands branch that is stellar, but the branch manager and the corporate bank leave a lot to be desired. First, their fraud department shuts down your credit or debit card almost daily, because you used it at a grocery store or something. Then, when you go to check into your hotel pate at night, your card won't work. Most places you could call a fraud department and get thru to someone and clear it up, but not regions. Their fraud department keeps bankers hours so if you planed to use your debit card for money for a long weekend away from home, you'd be stranded with no hotel or place to go. If they had a branch manager you were able to meet with, they also would not be able to get the hold released from your card. The fact that the branch manager can't help you does not keep the customer service line from sending you to talk to the Manager about it. The bank manager will promise to release a hold on a check if the other bank verifies fu day when you deposit- then will be unavailable for several days and then when you reach him he will refuse to do what he promised. Not a bank that values a customers time and need for access to their own money. Sometimes there only seems to be one or two people working now...

REGIONS BANK sent me an offer stating that I would receive a '$500 BONUS' for opening a LIFEGREEN Checking account, enrolling in on-line banking within 30 days of opening & then making $1,500 total deposits within 30 days. VERY straightforward, little or no room for confusion--then finally, your $500 bonus would be directly deposited to your checking account within 90 days of completing requirements. On October 14th, 2021 I opened checking account by phone with the branch @ 2700 NW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172. This took approx. 40 minutes but there were no problems. I asked if it would impact my credit-they responded not a hard check so no it would not. This indicated to me that they were going to check my credit history before approving account. My credit score is literally VERY CLOSE TO PERFECT! I deposited via credit card by phone (on same initial call) the minimum requirement of $50 proceeded by 2 separate deposits of $450 & $1,000 on 10/21 & 10/26 totaling the $1,500 that they required to qualify for ALLEGED $500 BONUS. On morning of 11/15/21, I went to check my Regions Checking balance only to find out that it had BEEN WIPED OUT TO 0!!! Only thing that showed was an 'Account Withdrawal' Pending for $1,500 with no explanation. THIS IS HOW I FOUND out that someone had shut down my account, again 0 explanation. I called their Customer Service and was told I had to go into a branch, which I did in Bay Harbor Islands, FL which I did that same day. They said they couldn't say what happened--that I had to call customer service. This began a 3 day circus of each telling me I needed to check with the other--cust. serv. via phone blaming branch & viceversa. I then went to Arthur Godfrey Rd. branch in Miami Beach, FL on 11/17/21 to meet with their 'FRAUD claim' dept (made online appt) to see if I had better luck determining what happened. Same game--no answers. They have responded that on 11/14 a check was cut for $1,500 to be sent back to me within 7 business days but no reason for my account being shut down like that. They seemed to think that I should be fine with that. SO, after wasting all my time & effort, I've still yet to receive my $1,500 that I deposited (I requested they cut me a check there or cash would be fine, they weren't doing that) NOR AM I RECEIVING THE so called $500 BONUS! I don't know what kind of fraudulent scam they're running trying to increase their business, but this is incredibly UNETHICAL to say the very least.

Pathetic customer service. Only one cashier, one rep and one manager. Was there on time for my appointment, the branch manager Roberto Soto walking around without a mask completely ignores me and attends to a group of people that came after. Had to leave after waiting over half an hour. A manager not wearing masks around clients (that have masks on), it's a sure way to lose clients and a clear indication of apathetic management. I will close every account and stay away. Opened new account at Chase in 15 min, all the reps there were wearing masks.
