I was going to order some doors with them and decided to wait and see if the prices drop in the next few months. They told me the price and that the door company that would come and install it would charge me $350 per door. They told me that they don't make any money on this and it goes directly to them.I recently went to a friends house who has the same doors and just ordered them from a different company. The price of the doors were the same by a few dollars and the install was $250 not $350. So he lied to me and was trying to make an additional $100 per door.I will not do business with them at the end and will look for other doors to install in my home.

They're incredibly responsive before you pay them. Once they take your money the customer service and their response time is horrible. Still waiting on an answer on when our item will arrive after waiting 1.5 months. 2 phone calls and 6 emails and still no answer. They simple don't care.

Was quite dissapointed in service when ordering. Sales rep Igor was not attentive and part of the order needed to be changed. Check specification carfeully before paying as even written instructions could be ignored. Have to pay over $900.

My husband and I walked into this store today with our two girls. We are renovating our bathrooms and wanted to check out what they had. We were the only customers there from what I could see. One of the employees said hello from across the store as we walked in. We then looked around for about fifteen minutes and not a single person asked if they could help us. They seem to have some nice things, but at least in this instance I would say that their customer service was lacking. If I want to just figure things out for myself, I can go online for that level of service. Walked out and won't be back...

Love shopping here. Amazing, unique items. Remodeled my current apartment with everything here for the floor tiles, kitchen, backsplash, bathtub, vanity, mirror, faucets, chandeliers, lighting, etc. Bought tile and some other items from here for an investment property I renovated as well. Very nice things here.
