Nice hotel! My ONLY complaint which gives it a 2 star is the fact that I was owed a refund due to a reservation error. I was refunded what was owed and in a few days it came back on my card. 2 weeks later the hotel charges me for the refund taking it back. I have been trying to call and speak to someone, but keep getting transferred or my information taking with promises someone will respond back to me. Well guess what..still no response, and still no explanation as to why they charged me $205.25 two weeks later as if I was not going to notice. I NEED A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER! This is horrible customer service.Rooms: Rooms are very large and spacious. I must say the neutral tones of the furniture and decor makes it look clean, but at close look you can see the scrapes, on the floor, dingyness of the fabric on the couch. It's time for some minor updates or cleaning of the fabric. I will try there other locations to compare.Nearby activities: Beach ⛱️ , upscale shopping mall that's in walking distance.Walkability: You can walk right to the beach! It's 4 to 5 minutes from hotel.

stunning layout with very tasteful Florida characteristic white furniture.. two full bathrooms in the same room. nice! refrigerator in the room and coffee.. love the warning: "$1,500 CLEANING FEE IF WE CATCH YOU COOKING IN THE ROOM" ?Rooms: this is a privately owned hotel with three locations: 2 Surfside and one in Miami Beach.. other hotels should learn how to run their operations from these guys. they seem to be very on top of things. we had a very nice experience

Valet service top notch & very responsive staff.Housekeeping service extremely poor:1. No face cloths in room. Got several the 2nd day & on 3rd day ALL face cloths were removed & not replaced. Multiple calls to housekeeping & to front desk to get wash cloths. Took 8 hrs to obymtain linen.2. No coffee cups in room upon arrival requiriring a trip to front to desk to obtain.3. Dirty glassware not removed from room during 5 day stay.Continental breakfast was good w/eggs to order, bagels, toast, juice, coffee & cold cereal.Lovely location w/ terrace overlooking water, walking distance to upscale Bal Harbor shops & 10+ top quality restaurants.Rooms: As aboveWalkability: As above

I knew I wanted to stay in the more Northern part of Miami Beach because I love peace and quiet! I barely got that here because there was construction being done directly across the way and I got a clear view of the workers working. It was very noisy throughout the days due to this. The shower floor is atrocious. After my first night I had to buy slippers because I did not feel clean touching the shower floor. There was a noise that would turn on every time the light was on in the bathroom and it was so uncomfortable to listen to. The mini fridge was worn out. They will play with your money! They constantly were taking the full price of the stay from my account and then a few days later would release my funds, they did this to me a total of three times! They took my money at initial booking and canceled the reservation AS I WAS BOARDING MY FLIGHT. I got to the hotel, paid for it AGAIN and they took their $600 incidental fee. A few days later I see that $ again in my account for the third time!! Idk about you but when I pay for something once I don’t want that company continuously playing with my funds… I’ve stayed at several hotels prior and never had this experience with holding then releasing funds over and over again. They advertise two pools but one was filthy and out of service which for some reason my balcony was facing directly over. So after inconveniencing me right as I was boarding my flight and then gaslighting me claiming I never paid WHEN I DID a month in advance.. they then didn’t even have the decency to give me a room with a decent view. I got construction and a dirty out of order pool as my view. Would never stay here again. On our last night, the other guests were SO LOUD on our floor throughout the night that we barely slept. The balcony was dirty, table and chairs were not kept clean by staff. The chairs out by the pool? Dirty. Do ur research and stay elsewhere, wouldn’t recommend for long stays.

It is the third time that I have stayed at the hotel, and the first time that I have an inconvenience unfortunately; (I am still as a guest at the hotel in case there are doubts about my reservation room 518 ) The valet parking staff was too disrespectful tonight, so much so that he threatened to call the police if we did not move the car because according to him I could not park the car that we had already checked in when checking in the night before. It was extremely rude, I don't know how they have staff like that working with costumer service. It is disappointing because we like the hotel, the location is excellent, but it is unacceptable that as guests an employee treats us that way.Rooms: ExcellentNearby activities: Beach , mall

Nice hotel, nice suites, very clean except for a stain on my couch. The walls are very thin, and I could hear the loud kids next to me. Luckily, the staff was very nice and accommodating and moved me into a different room. The breakfast was good, especially the omelets. The pool was smaller than expected, and the hot tub was not working.

Highly recommend the Grand Beach Hotels (four in the Miami Beach area). Loved our hotel room. So clean, two bathrooms, two TVs, and amazing staff. This hotel is definitely in a quieter part of town and most places are not walkable.Few things to note: One outdoor pool, no bar/restaurant, right on the harbor, and quieter location.Right across the street is Kane Concourse.Great food places we found:- Pura Vida for coffee and breakfast- Mestizo Gastro Fusion - FABULOUS dinner spot- Meat Bar - nice dinner

Betany greeted with us with smiles and if it were up to her we would have had the most out of our stay on the other hand the valet gentleman is nasty i work with the MURRAY’S i will contact their office myself this type of people doesn’t have their place in a beautiful investment property like this

The only reason i will not give 1 star is because of front desk and the other personels that were very professional but as for as the valet guy he doesn’t deserve to be working here he is so rude and it is so sad to see that he speaks to front desk in such a bad way that guests like myself will question if this is the type of environment we want to be in he is so disrespectful, this is a bad experience for guests but the front desk lady is a sweetheart thank you

This place is definitely not a resort nor worth the price. There was no restaurant or bar or even parking lot. You have to park in a public lot across the street where your vehicle will be broken into. Lots of hidden “resort fees” and the customer service was just horrible.

Beautiful hotel, the pool very small tho, and breakfast is very simple. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel with friendly staff.
