Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.I use GoodRx and have been happy and saved a lot of money with them over the years. I have never used this pharmacy before, it came up as a suggested option on GoodRx, with a posted a favorable price. So I decided to give them a try. I received a phone call from Bay Harbor drugs, that the prescription would be ready today. When I came in, not only was the prescription not ready they didn’t honor the price offered through GoodRx at their pharmacy. When I presented my documentation from GoodRx, the man behind the counter who I believe might be the pharmacist/owner raised his voice and spoke in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way, not only expecting that I pay more than eight times. What the offered price was. He went on accusing me of some lunacy of not being a thoughtful, consumer, and doing business with a scam company like GoodRx. When I had done nothing more than selecting Bay Harbor drugs, as my choice to fulfill the prescription as offered.Happy to report that with about 30 minutes of time with the goodRx customer service they apologized for this stores interaction and switched me back to Costco pharmacy which has already processed the order and is ready for pick up at the GoodRx offered price.I will not be going back to Bay Harbor drug and strongly suggest unless you are into being verbally accosted, for no reason whatsoever, to do the same.

The phone number is for show, you'll never hear someone pick it up. Why else would they give you an email, to leave you on read. Customer service is a 1 out of 10 needs a new system

Love this little pharmacy that is also a gift shop in disguise. Everyone is so friendly. They have the best soaps and lotions, too. Don't stand in line at Walgreens anymore!

Do not do business with BayHarbor Drugs. I have been doing businesss with them, and this last time I had my doctor send a script to them they refused to fill because I had other scripts filled at another pharmacy. they told me I had to fill all I'm scripts with them They would not fill my script. They did not have courtesy to call me and tell me my scripts would not be filled is totally unprofessional. Do business with people who are greedy and care little about their customers.

The ladies working were so helpful and REALLY gave me some peace of mind leading up to my surgical procedure. I'm very impressed by their customer service and kindness!!

Its the best place! Because they have the most personalized service in Miami! They really know what they do. Caroline knows what she does. Dedicated, very patience and takes care of every details. She pamper us when we need help, or a medicine she is there. Always! And as beauty bar you could find the best brands, original gifts and she is the Best preparing the most original and beautiful wrapped presents!! We all love you!!

If you’re looking to support local businesses, then this is the place to support. If you’ve ever been to a pharmacy somewhere in Europe and just adored all the products and set up of the store, then this is also the place to reminisce! I love this store/pharmacy because they have such great products for skin, hair, and all things beauty. also, if you ever need last minute gifts this is the place to find nice candles, air aromas, soap & creams, etc etc. This place has everything and the pharmacist that’s always there, is so nice and helpful. I will never stop supporting such a wonderful establishment

A FABULOUS find. Service, helpfulness and pleasant treatment are normal for them. Always trying to help with all your questions about your medications. Sure beats being a number at their competitors.
