We came through FOUR times today for 2 of my moms RX.. each time "wasn't ready it will be done in X amount of time".. okay no problem the last time we came through they FINALLY filled the first one and told us the second would be ready in an hour, so we came back LIKE THEY TOLD us to and they said it couldn't be filled. (Thanks for the wasted TripS) so my mom called up there to see why since she wasn't there to make sure it wasn't an insurance problem or something.. They guy on the phone automatically started shooting accusations at her that she's some drug addict and harassing them etc when she was simply asking WHY it couldn't be refilled when THEY told us to come back for it....REPEATEDLY...my mom has arthritis in her neck, she was Prescribed this medication YOU told us would be filled today. Absolutely rude and crappy customer service, you don't speak to people esp an old woman like that! Esp when it's YOUR fault we even had to come back multiple times in the first place. LIKE WE WERE TOLD TO DO by your staff.

I’ve been going to CVS pharmacy forever and always having issues. I switched to Walgreens yesterday. I received text updates and the prescriptions were actually ready when they said they were. Couldn’t be happier.

Today was the first time i came here. J came through the drive thru, ( it was a mistake, go in sotre for first time drop off). After dropping off my prescriptions for a toothache before having a tooth pulled and cleaned, i got no call back for when my pain pills were ready. I will never be going here again, for the fact that they didnt even call. You get 2 stars for "your system being down", benefit of the doubt.

They received my prescription on Tuesday I called Wednesday to see why it did not go through Tuesday I was told that it was on backorder but they would be ready Friday I go in at 11 o’clock Friday this morning and was told that they haven’t had it for three weeks and no other Walgreens has it and they do not have it and I would have to call the doctor and have them email another prescription which I did and by the time I get there they’re sold out so Walgreens has really screwed me instead of giving me days to straighten this out they gave me a couple of hours thanks Walgreens me and my family will not be returning

Called them about me rescheduling my second COVID shot appointment because of car issues. I live far away from that location and the lady was quite friendly and helpful.

My husband is on leukemia medication. Of course, that’s scary enough to live with, but made worse by Express Scripts, who said they were shipping the pills and then on the day we ran out, said they were out of stock and not shipped after all. We called around and Bartow did have them. Now we had to get Express Scripts to cancel the order so insurance would pay for the pills. We also had to call the doctor to send a new script. The pharmacist at Walgreens got it filled and in our hands in less than two hours so my husband wouldn’t miss a dose, which could be catastrophic, no exaggeration. Thank you Walgreens Bartow!
