Verizon you’d better thank and reward Dante for saving your customer of 22+ years. His level of honesty, professionalism, kindness, and huge heart is the only reason why I am still a Verizon customer. Verizon isn’t getting 5 stars Dante is. Verizon, you need to quit telling customers one thing and doing another. You need to quit having customers have to call in 12 times over the same issue to get something resolved. Then come to find out it’s not resolved and continue to have to fight to get it resolved. What happened to your customer service? What happened to your service.? Quite frankly it’s went downhill. If it doesn’t get better I can say I won’t be a customer once my phones are paid off so you got two years to fix things.

Casey Morris was amazing! Transferred my phone to a new account and set up all my bundles and cancelled my old Hulu and Netflix accounts and saved me alot of money every month! Great customer service!

Being with Verizon for 5 years and this is the best experience I’ve ever had Casey was so welcoming; love the fact that he educated his guests about the benefits of each plan that is convenient for your wallet and not just trying to upsell you. Casey goes way beyond expectations!!! will definitely recommend him to everyone, Bartow Fl location you got awesome Rep. he keep me from going to another carrier.

Do Not do your Verizon business here. They are not a Corporate store. I bought a phone from this store 3 years ago. I get multiple calls a week asking me if I'd like to upgrade my phone. I've requested over and over to be removed from the list. I called the store directly to find out why I keep getting these calls. I was told they have to make so many calls a day. It's so aggravating. I keep blocking the number but they just keep calling from new numbers. Use a Corporate store so you don't get harassed constantly. I pray this store goes out of business so I stop getting the calls.

Bill was all messed up. Had to spend all day with Verizon customer service to get it right. Go elsewhere….. Update, now on month two of being over charged and waiting on my “credit”. Customer service isn’t much help either as I have now been assured twice that my bill will fixed and I will be credited but nothing has changed. Side note, did you do come. Do not use Casey, he has been zero help.
Update, on month four of being charged for services that Casey assured me was free. Still no help in solving the issue.

A couple of weeks ago, I was having issues with my IPhone, I met with Miss. Christina, she looked over it, and determined it was the phone itself. She was nicest enough to look up my account and saw my phone was due to upgrade. She explained the offer they were giving for new IPhone 15. She was very professional and very easy to talk to, she never pushed me to buy, which says a lot of her moral principles.
I live in Indiana, but have started spending time in the area, and definitely know if I need anything from Verizon, I know who to request when I go back.

What an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to a corporate store where they might actually care about providing customer service. "My hands are tied" seems to be the only training Cellular Sales gives on the subject. I will never spend another dime or another minute with this store or this company.

Justin M. In the front greeted me very kindly when I came in- I was extremely frustrated already because the Verizon customer service representative that I had spoken to about fixing my phone had accidentally removed my ESim and completely deactivated my phone so I was a bit flustered and had to come into the store. Didn’t want to at first because I thought it would take so long but I spent two hours on the phone, frustrated might I add, and once I had to go in Justin fixed my phone in ten minutes. I couldn’t believe how easy he made it look! ?❤️ thank you so much I have so much going on dealing with a broken phone was not something I wanted to add to the list

Justin Ogden was a life saver. He figured out that I left my SIM card in the old phone. I almost sent the phone back without removing the SIM. He found my messages for me and attached a screen saver for me. He was patient and kind and exhibits excellent customer service. 25 tray plus Verizon customer is very happy.
