Lost a package I ordered, the wife contacted the post office they admitted they delivered it to the wrong house and said they would recover it. They said they were having trouble trying to recover it. Then today they lied and said it was delivered, we told them we have cameras on the mail box and the front door I check them everyday. No delivery's. Why lie

I use USPS, not the brown truck. Convenient easy to deal with and most of the time it's pretty good on the wallet. Thumbs up ?

We have lived all over the country and never had this problem. Our outgoing mail doesn't make its destination and it's costing us 35 per check to stop payment and issue another, plus extra postage. Have addressed this many times at the desk and always no answer. Also I had a collectible sent to me that went back to the post office by accident and they claim they don't have it and the sender said it never got back to them. Something is up with the mail here

Put in my change of address over a week ago from south Lakeland to Bartow and still haven't received any mail. I move often, at least once every couple years, never had any issues with my change of address forms in the past. This time someone decided to change my submission to a temporary move without my authorization and was told I may have filled the form out incorrectly. I have been filling out change of address forms over 30 years, this is the first time I have ever had an issue. I need my mail.

In same week a very expensive photo order that said do not bend was crushed and damaged and box with value gift inside crushed broken. Not to mention missing mail will never be located. Lakeland post office better.

Stop by a few minutes before closing and the clerk was for some reason extremely angry for that. Told me " what do you want and make it quick, we are closing". I only needed an envelope and stamp but he continued to rush me in a very disrespectful way. He seamed very hateful. The old man was really angry and continued on insulting the next customer,a lady. I will never use this or any USPS again, far too many better options.

We LOVE The Bartow Post :) The Carriers we have are FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. Miss Tiffany is our usual Carrier and She's AWE-SOME!!! The Office was SUPER HELPFUL when I had a package there on Christmas EVE that I needed, but didn't get into the Jeep-so they let ME come and pick it up :) GREAT PEOPLE!!

Amazon guarantees in order set a certain time and date however when shipped with the post office they claim they don't deliver on Sunday so you have to wait,two weeks ago they were out in the neighborhood delivering neighbor got delivered to on a Sunday and recent package that I ordered from Amazon delivery was not made due to the driver having a problem with the delivery
