“I'm really glad I chose the right storage place. I did a LOT of shopping around and this location is best.... They're helpful, kind, and respectful. I have had several fantastic encounters with the owners as well as office manager Becky, who is incredibly diligent and focused on the customer experience.
They're also the #1 option within a 20 mile radius because of what they DON'T do: they're not predatory, they don't add on a bunch of fees or requirements once you're ready to sign a contract, and they don't inconvenience you with poor customer service or inaccurate information or strange hours of operation. The payment options are flexible but online payment is not an option; no problem, I'm happy to pay over the phone or a bit in advance. No contract works well for me and likely for others too. If you're shopping, stop in and have a conversation with these folks - they're probably what you're looking for!”
