I been a Ford Customer for many years never had any problems at but my biggest concern is this Service Advisor at Bartow Ford Aaron Trim this guy told my son that his transmission was bad and need to be replaced my son said are you sure Aaron Trim said yeah only 7.000 dollars I told my son to take it to the shop down the road and Chris said this not the first time he seen this problem with Bartow Ford so Chris changed the transmission fluid and flush out the torque converter for a 150 dollars and would you believe the transmission working perfectly fine this service Advisor Aaron Trim need to be fired make you wonder how many times he done this to others customers I won't do business with Bartow Ford as long as Aaron Trim is still the service Advisor Elder Ford and Lakeland Ford got my business

Had to get oil change and a tire fixed. I was met at my car promptly by Jeremy who was very polite and took care of me. I left my car when it was done he called and I went to pick it up. He greeted me again very pleasant and courteous. I want to thank Jeremy for the wonderful fast and prompt customer service I received from him. On a scale from 1 to 10 Jeremy is a 12!

Bartow Ford quick lane is no better than taking your vehicle to a big chain shop. Over 10 Hrs and 3 visits just to get 2 TPMS correctly installed. 1st time 3.5hrs they couldn't find the parts. 2nd time 3.5hrs parts installed but not even remotely close to proper air pressure. One tire was at 58psi and other tire was at 78psi. When I got home, one of my center caps was halfway hanging off ready to fly off and my tires where not rebalanced giving my truck a vibration. 3rd time over 3hrs to get my tires rebalanced. If you can't get the little things right, how do we expect you to do the big things right... Do better Bartow Ford.

I got a puncture in my tire while on vacation and luckily it was right by here. I was able to get it in to the wick lane just before it totally deflated. They were able to plug the tire for free and send me back on my way. Thanks

After purchasing a vehicle from Bartow Ford with a great sales representative, I naturally took my vehicle to get oil changes done at the quick lane for the first two years of ownership. Two years and about 25,000 miles in, I requested my cabin air filter be changed in accordance with the suggested interval by the manual. The service department advisor stated that it did not need to be changed. On the same appointment, the advisor mentioned that I would need a new set of tires (10,000 miles early compared to average). These two instances seemed suspect and warranted cause for further investigation. After further inspection by an experienced auto mechanic elsewhere, it was determined that my tires were rarely, if at all, rotated at each oil change interval even though it was being logged on ALL receipts/records. Additionally, the cabin air filter most certainly DID need to be changed. Furthermore, after this finding, I performed the next oil change with an experienced auto mechanic due to this poor experience. At this oil change, I found the oil drain plug to be BARELY HAND TIGHT. This service department’s lack of thoroughness and integrity could have cost me thousands in engine repair/replacement costs in addition to a full set of tires. DO NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I am shocked and more than disappointed, especially after a great purchasing experience with the vehicle a couple years back. I imagine this service department most certainly takes advantage of the average customer who does not have mechanical savvy or know-how.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

They have no sense of urgency! 2 weeks for an oil change, oil leak and one tire replacement. Every time you call to get an update they tell you that they are super busy and will get to it as soon as they can. I'm pretty sure as soon as a part needs ordered they put your car behind all the new appointments.

I purchased a new 2019 F150 from Bartow Ford a couple of years ago and have found the service department to be exceptional. About a month ago I went to Bartow Ford, for a scheduled service, and an Issue with my dealer installed deck lid. I talked with Melinda Duncan, in the truck accessories department about an issue with my deck lid. She informed me the lid was covered under warranty and she inspected it and ordered a new one, no questions asked. She kept me informed though-out the warranty process. I had the new cover installed this morning (7-26-22). Melinda made sure everything went wonderfully. The new cover looks great. If you are looking for accessories for your Ford truck, I would highly recommend Bartow Ford and be sure to ask for Melinda. Customer service is a high priority with her for sure. Thanks Melinda!

Is not quick anymore. Made appointment on line, not valid when I arrived was told that only by phone. Don't understand why they offered or why they have the settings if is not valid
