Been with them for just about a year now. They are reasonably priced. I appreciate the grace period they provide for their payments with no late fees. Every time I call I get an answer right away and the help I need! Great employees

There are many places we could chose from to store our priceless items but because Juan was so kind an helpful an very knowledgeable about the area an very clean buildings. Plus he goes out of his way to stay for you when your running a few minutes late.... you don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you again for being reasonable an kind.

Online reservation was quick and easy. When I realized the size I reserved wasn't going to be large enough, Juan was able to secure a larger unit quickly for me. The facility was easy to find and the map provided enabled me to quickly identify and find my unit. Hours of access definitely fit my schedule.

First to say is that Juan was very cordial, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Price is reasonable and you could get a discount for the first month if you make Juan smile. This place is clean and more important it has cameras all over the place. I recommend New Highlands Self Storage, eyes close.
