Yes I've been to the store here now four times Anthony did not fix the problem customer support did not fix the problem I do not recommend MetroPCS to anybody and definitely do not visit the Bartow 98 location

I was with my dad on Friday to make his payment. There were two guys who supposedly attended to us and it turns out that today my dad woke up without service due to lack of payment. It would be too nice if they had competent people working for the public. I do not recommend this store at all. It's not the first time it's happened to me. For some reason I always have to come back because of their bad work.

I am happy with the phone and with the offer received. I wanted a good smartphone that could do all the basics and your staff recommended me one that met all the requirements. Then, the store manager helped me get exactly what I was looking for.The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I had to change my phone, they have good prices and accessories. The service is phenomenal. I recommend that you always go to that store because they are going to solve them.

rude people doesn't matter how many times they switch employees it never gets better and they tell you one price and then get defensive when you ask them why they lied and charged you more. has happened everytime i have used that particular store. i usually use on south end of bartow if i can and they have what i need. theyre always helpful and never rude.
