Shay is by far the best agent we have dealt with ever! Our previous agency owner retired and we were moved to another location in winter haven. The staff was rude and absolutely terrible.
We took a leap of faith and moved everything to the bartow location and we are so thankful we did! Shay was informative, kind, and very knowledgeable with everything that we needed! We can’t thank her enough! We are so excited to continue our relationship with State Farm because of her!

My windshield was cracked on a recent trip. Crystal at Leo's office made sure to get me set up as soon as humanly possible for repairs. It was the most pleasant experience all the way around could not have been treated and taken care of any better at all. I have always had nothing but excellent customer service with the office and all the staff! Awesome job you guys!!

Mr. Longworth's State Farm Agency is top of the line. They were there for me when someone hit my parked car at Home Depot parking lot. I had my car back within a week. State Farm recommended Carstar Autobody in Lakeland. Thank You State Farm.
