I could not have had a better experience from my first call to the actual delivery. Stephen knew all the ins and outs to get me the best deal. My impression is Kelly Buick GMC wants to sell cars and trucks. It reminds me of Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus Georgia. The motto was nobody walks away from Bill Heard Chevrolet.

An Incredible experience, Both my salesperson, Braxton and both Managers I dealt with, Russ and Angel, were professional and the process went exactly as promised. Very disappointed, I researched the 2006 Hummer and agreed to come test drive the vehicle. After speaking with several representatives and confirming in writing that the price is 21,999 I was ready to trade. Then I get a call that they changed the price and jacked it up 5k while on my way to the dealership. That's not good business, it's fraudulent. Shame on you, but thanks for stopping me from doing business with dishonest folks.

Jon Andrews is the best car sales person I’ve ever worked with. He is kind, genuine, very helpful, honest about it all, and truly listens to his customers. We got a great deal on a gorgeous vehicle! I would 10/10 recommend! My husband and I are loving our new (barely used) Mitsubishi Outlander! :)

Chad was awesome and had my oil change completed in a timely manor. He also ordered a part that was back ordered. Chad has since contacted me to let me know my part has arrived and he scheduled a day and time to have it installed.

Shout out to Malibu Gutierrez, I recently signed for my second purchase from him at the Kelley Buick GMC, during the signing process I brought up and issue discovered during the test drive and was fixed next day when I signed and picked up. Great service and attention to detail.
