Horrible product. Base Trash cabinet bought through Home Depot. Buyer BEWARE. Cheap stables fell out. Not square. Trash can tracks not screwed in. Back not secured. Toe kick fell off with cheap staples. Horrible workmanship. I'm calling Home Depot now. Worst cabinet product I have ever purchased.

Buyer beware! I am a retail distributor in north Georgia and I carry several different cabinet lines. I decided to carry ideal because it filled a need for our product offering. Right off the bat, our first order got lost and was not delivered in time. They tried delivering another customers order to me twice. So this meant that that person was experiencing a delay in their order as well. I ordered two full kitchens from ideal. The cabinets were riddled with quality issues. Dents, scratches, poor finish, cheap flimsy materials. To add insult to injury, it took three or more times reordering damaged parts to get acceptable ones.On another note regarding sales representation, as a distributor, we rely strongly on relationships with sales reps. We NEVER once received an in person visit from our rep. He never called us unless we initiated the conversation.VERY DISSATISFIED!

I’ve ordered a pantry cabinet from them via Lowe’s and has arrived severely damaged 3X now. Original order was placed in October. Each time they’ve missed delivery dates. Ordering it fourth time and we’ll see if they can get it right. I’m stuck because I’m matching another unit, otherwise I’d never use them.Service: Closet woodworking

Keep reordering replacement cabinet faces and shelves that are coming in damaged.. was hoping to stop by in person and pick out a shelf that is decent to not wait for their customer service portal process (which is a joke) but they do not allow walk ins?? As a contractor of many years I have never dealt with such a company, will NEVER be directing my clients to them.

I recently bought an older house and decided to redo the entire kitchen. I shopped around for cabinets and decided to go with Ideal Cabinetry. I made my decision on a recommendation from someone, and the beautiful kitchens they display in their catalog and online. Looking back now, I probably should had made some more research and read a few online reviews, because this was the costliest mistake I have done my entire life. I would a been better off buying stock cabinets from a big box store. The quality and workmanship of these cabinets are absolutely terrible. I have 18 cabinets in total, and I don’t think one came without a dent or a scratch, including the doors. All shelving has rough edges, so when you wipe them, the cloths get stuck and leave the lint stuck. I asked the installer how the dents and scratches could be fixed, and he gave me a bag with a touch up pen and a fill stick. I have tried my best to cover some of the worst scratches, but the dents, especially on the doors, are impossible to “fix”. On top of that, the material is so soft so if you are not extra careful when you put back the dishes you will have a brand you dent or chip. The other day when I pushed in my rice cooker back into the cabinet, the plastic handle slightly bumped the side of the cabinet and “Hallelujah” and brand-new dent. I am too sacred to install the handles on the cabinets because I know they will probably dent if I do. My kitchen in my old house was 15 years old when we moved and there was not a single dent in any of the cabinets. My friend installed an IKEA kitchen a few months before me, and I couldn’t find a signal dent on any of the cabinets, and she paid a third of what I paid. I was so excited to get a brand new kitchen installed and this is what I ended it up with, a disaster. To anyone considering buying these cabinets, DON’T!Service: Cabinet design

If you come here plan on spending half your day getting loaded. I checked in at 09:00 for a 09:30 appointment. It’s now 12:15 and I’m still being loaded. I went in to check what’s taking so long and was told “we don’t have room for staging. We’re building the pallets as we load your truck”. They say I might be finished by 13:00. How do you ship custom cabinets but can’t afford space for staging product to be shipped. I guess they’re falling apart at the seams considering the customer reviews. I will never return here again. I’ll deadhead to the Carolina’s or Georgia first.

Worst company I’ve dealt with. I never leave these reviews but this needs to be shared.In very short… cabinets were ordered at Lowe’s in September 2021 and I still don’t have a full set in May 2022. The original delivery was pushed back every two weeks all the way to December… when the order was lost and they had to create a new one. Then when the new order finally came weeks later, doors were missing, and parts were damaged. This started a series of deliveries of the wrong doors, completely damaged doors, doors that came without hinges… I think I can open a cabinetry store myself with the amount of incorrect/damaged orders they sent, because of course: they don’t take back what they’ve already sent.In all of this, ideal cabinetry made me waste money and time since we’re talking about an 8 month long process when Lowe’s guaranteed they had the shortest delivery time.The bigger problem was the poor and misleading communication. You can barely get them on the phone, and when you do whatever they say never ends up happening. We’ve contacted Lowe’s as well, who has been of little help. No matter how high you go up the ladder no one actually cares about the quality of their work. This company does not respect their customers.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

Very poor quality for paying top dollar. Drawers crooked and adjusting doesn't help. False front on sink cabinet lopsided and no adjustment. 3/4" space between doors under sink. Drawers uneven on each side with no adjustment that will line them up. No trim on top of tower so it looks undinished. All in all very poor workmanship. Owner of cabinet company where I ordered them won't do anything about it, just keeps telling me to install then. That is not happening!Service: Cabinet design

6 months later, I have been sent 4 different cabinets. one never showed up and was marked as delivered. The other three were not the one I ordered and 6" shorter. two of them arrived broken and smashed, the fourth one (still wrong) is dinged up but semi functional. They finally just sent me some pieces to build my own, because apparently they don't trust their warehouse to send the correct one (neither do I). They also refuse to pick up any of the 92" tall cabinets and just told me to find a way to get rid of them.Currently waiting for the most recent expedited replacement order to ship, it's about a week late from what they said at this point.Based on all the other reviews, your response below does not seem genuine.

I ordered cabinets from All Wood Cabinetry through Costco in August 2017 for my daughter's bathroom remodel. We had excellent service and communication. The cabinets arrived as scheduled with only 1 tiny ding on the bottom of 1 cabinet. Foot molding covered it.I am now looking for cabinets for my bathroom remodel. Costco doesn't sell or promote All Wood Cabinetry any longer. After reading the more recent reviews I can see why Costco dropped them.I have called and talked to two different people and felt like I was talking to and 18 year old with no experience. Now after reading these reviews I will be dropping All Wood Cabinetry from my list of potential cabinet purchases.I wonder if they were sold to another proprietor?!Service: Pre-made cabinet design & installation

Ordered cabinets from Lowe's made by ideal cabinetry. Original expected delivery date was November 16. It was then pushed back to December 16, then January 10, then January 17, and now sometime in February getting strung along all the way with excuses that didn't match the reality. We were assured multiple times that they had the product on hand and were just waiting to ship and was finally now after two months given the actual truth that they don't even have the materials to build the cabinets. Ordered 10/28/2021 - As of 2/7/2022, I've received less than half of the order, unassembled and broken. Home Depot is useless for customer service on on-line orders so I've been in touch with Ideal Cabinetry directly for a couple of weeks now... Nothing but unkept promises. I'm returning the cabs and I'll figure something else out. I just can't with these people anymore. 102 days... My patience can only be stretched so far.
