We stay here periodically as we travel through the area, always have clean rooms, and nice staff.

While trying to make reservations the front desk clerk was unable to help in any way stating she didn’t know how to reserve a two rooms together. She said her manager would need to do that but the manager wasn’t on priority. I made reservations at the Hampton across the street with out any problems.

Horrible service. Beware of small print Cancellation policy in fine print on the preferred member app.Not sure why I ever thought a Holiday inn from the 80's would even come close to the newer more understanding family oriented brands.Stay away!Even General manager was rude!!
