I was impressed.I ended up staying here on business and chose this location for my colleague and I because I used to live 4 miles away in Lakeland and have driven by this place a million times. Now, I'll run through the key points really quick...• Location: Great location, close to everything needed-Publix, Walmart, etc. Also very close to restaurants (fast food and casual dine ins). It's Bartow so it's not a huge town but is situated in the middle of all needed and minutes from downtown.• Service: We were greeted a very friendly, 2nd shift front desk person. She had a great personality and a sense of humor but I must say, i have to give her the most credit where it's due -she had us checked in in lightning speed time, faster than any hotel l've stayed out (and that's been a lot) and I was very much thankful for it because it had been a long day. The night auditor (overnight) gentleman was also extremely friendly and kind. The woman that served continental breakfast, the same, and the housekeeper that l left my card with when I checked out. I didn't encounter any employee there that wasn't incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. This is a first because it always seems as though there's always that 1 lol• The rooms: The rooms weren't anything special, meaning to set them apart from any decent hotel, however, they were somewhat updated and most importantly, clean. My room overlooked the pool and they had me on the 4th floor 1 room from the end.Everything I needed was there-coffee maker and I'm not sure if this is standard in all rooms but I had 4 coffee pods, which excited me because I usually drink about that prior to making my way down, but 4 coffee pods, fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron, blow dryer and travel size toiletries.Nearby activities: WarehouseFood & drinks: Very nice and well teste

This location is extremely clean and welcoming starting from the lobby. I had a meeting here in the conference room and there was ample space. There are outlets throughout the room and counters to add your catering. There is also coffee in the lobby and working space if needed.

Hello I came to book the meeting room & 6 rooms for our business trip the job is having come next month and the lady who was at the front desk 11/7/23 (African American) was so unwelcoming and rude she acted like I was bothering her, her attitude is just nasty. I do not recommend this hotel for a meeting space the front desk staff is not gracious. Otherwise the property was amazing

We had the best stay!! Renee was extremely helpful. She worked a turn around shift so she was able to offer coffee at night and in the morning. She helped us with all of our requests. We had celebrity guests come to Bartow, Fl for our convention Bartow Con. Hampton Inn Bartow was very accommodating and have a great place to stay. Our guests were very satisfied with all the hotel has to offer.

The service wS list poor. I tried communicating with the front desk personnel and the acted as if I was getting g on their nerves. I was trying g to ask a question regarding my room reservation. Although it es fixed, the hotel placed am unauthorized charge on a site agency account. I love the hotels convenience to restaurants and my meeting venue, however, when it came down to business, the service was piss poor.

This is my third stay here. All three stays have been fantastic. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great quiet location and great price. I only had breakfast here on my last visit which was last week and it was perfect. No complaints here. Gym was convenient and clean.

We stay at Hampton Inns often and this was one of the best. The staff was very friendly and professional. They take a lot of pride in keeping the hotel and grounds clean working well.

My father-in-law had his 80th birthday here. The staff was phenomenal!!! They were very accommodating and professional!! I especially liked Dustyn, Leiah, and Rafael. They were the best!!! If I could I would give each of the 5 stars!!!They deserve a promotion!

When we got to the lobby, the staff was very welcoming. Then, the room was very clean, the room was beautifully decorated, and the room was extremely comfortable. The only negative was the pool was full of debris (bugs, leaves, etc...) but was swimmable. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were also very welcoming. So, Thank you staff for the kindness! Definitely will come again!

GG at front desk was incredible! She gave us dinner recommendations and they were perfect. She was so sweet and helpful. The rooms are amazing! Wonderful large bath with tub that I love! Linens are amazing! Nowhere better than Hampton

My son left his laptop in the room and the honest folks at this hotel called us to retrieve it. Thank you very much! This is a clean, family-friendly, and comfortable place to stay, with surrounding amenities/nice restaurants, when visiting Central Florida!

We arrived on Friday the 26th, 2023 and the A/C was off so the room was very hot!!! Being that the air was off, it took the room a couple of hours for it to cool. We went out, came back and went to sleep. The next day we took a shower and left the dirty towels on the floor for housekeeping to replace and leave new ones when they came to service our room. We got back to the room and housekeeping had already been there. Here is my complain:The bed was not made. The only thing that was done to the bed was the cover was pulled over but the flat sheet under the covers was not even pulled and tucked underneath. The dirty towels were not taken, nor did we at least get clean ones! Only one coffee packet was left for the machine when there were two hotel guests in the room. It was obvious that the only thing housekeeping did was empty the trash bins. Very disappointed with our stay. We are at a Hilton not a Motel Six. Honestly don't think we will stay here again.

Michaela was Amazing. She helped me with my check in and helped solve my problem with my TV late at night. She was always friendly and greeted me with a smile. And although I felt I was being a nuisance, she continued to give me exceptional service! Thanks for making my stay more pleasant.
