I went in late in the afternoon with two nails in my tire. Because I had purchased the Goodyear tires from them, they repaired them at no charge. Always great service.

Very appreciative of the service I recieve everytime I use Goodyear Bartow. Goodyear Bartow had an opportunity to charge me for a ≈$450 service that I requested but they informed me I did not need. Thank you to the crew there for taking care of me and my truck. 5/5 would recommend.

I needed new tires on my Toyota 4-Runner. Travis did the estimate and was very professional and courteous. He had to order the tires and said they would be in the next morning. They were. He introduced me to the man that would be taking care of me during installation. His name was Dylan. When I went in, they were prompt in taking me and giving me an approximate time it would take. The tires had white writing on one side. Dylan even asked me about that.White on inside or outside. They consider every detail. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much, Travis and Dylan. You have my business! My tires are doing great and look so good on the 4-Runner!

I actually went to a dealership first. I have about 30,000 moles on my car and it's 7yrs old. They recommend that I get my transmission flushed, breaks flushed and coolant flushed for around $800. Well I came here to GY they ckecked and then contacted me to let me know that I didn't need anything that was listed. I am grateful and really respect their honesty because they could have done what I asked and got paid. But they looked out for the customer. You talk about customer service. This is what I call customer service. THANK YOU DILLON AND Z

Traveling from FL back home to PA a large screw got embedded in my front tire. Luckily for me I wasn't far from Goodyear Auto Service in Bartow, FL. By the time I located them and arrived at their location my tire was already down by 50%. I walked into to store and was greeted by one of the employees (Greg). I explained my dilemma and he had me pull it into the bay right away and started working to repair my tire. Within a very short time my tire was fixed and ready for me to get back on the road. I want to thank Greg for his expertise and professionalism as he wasted no time getting the repair accomplished. If you live in this area I would highly recommend Goodyear Auto Service in Bartow, FL.

First off they are high in price and second they never have the size tires we need. Why do you sell tires if you don’t have all sizes. And the guy Ricky is rude and answers the phone incorrectly
