I truly enjoy shopping at the CVS in Bartow, FL. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ruby was so kind and patient when I couldn’t find my coupons. She even explained an alternative way to use my coupons on the app if I misplace the paper coupons.

AVOID THIS CVS AT ALL COST!! They are lazy, rude, unprofessional and HUGE LIARS!!!! If you tell a customer something, then you need to do it. Not give excuses for your laziness and inability to do your JOB!! DO NOT TRUST THEM IF THEY SAY they have called your doctor's office, they haven't. When your doctor's office calls them gets hung up on and then they say they haven't received prescription, but it has been sent over 4 different times, yep CVS BARTOW PHARMACIST IS THE ISSUE!

For the first 15 minutes I couldn't even find someone who worked there. I also refused to do self checkout. Not ever going back, they're not the only game in town. Pathetic!

X calls from my MD office x try to get my diabetes meds and they simply lie ? and say they where not aware till the point that I listen in 3 way from my MD office and they dint answer in 35 mins. Spoke to the manager and she try to shift blame even after I was witness of there incompetent behavior I have file a former complaint whit there corporate center waiting for a response

I refuse to do self checkout. I do not work for CVS. I take my purchases to the pharmacy whether I have prescriptions or not.

1st call, 31 minutes on hold, when they did p/u they hung up without a word, 2nd call 28 min on hold and now they say they have lost our prescription?? Now have to wait till Monday for them to call Dr to resend?? It's a cream for pre-cancer!!! Wait till Monday??? WORST CVS I've ever dealt with!!! Endangering our community!!!

I have high blood pressure and got a new prescription a couple years ago. They gave me ADHD medicine by accident and I didn’t know what my new medicine looked like so I took it. Worst experience ever. Didn’t think about it til now but I returned the ADHD medicine and got my medicine I was supposed to get. But the was very unprofessional.

This is the WORST cvs I have ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phones. I was on hold for 15 minutes without even acknowledging the call. You deal with people's prescriptions! You are foul! They need an entirely new staff

Made appointment for flu and booster shot. Drove 10 miles and they didn’t have either in stock. The weren’t in stock when they made my appointment. Poor communication. This store isn’t my preferred pharmacy and this is one reason why. They could care LESS.

Scheduled an appt a week in advance to take the Covid-19 test for traveling purpose and arrived at the appt time with confirmation number and was told they would not do it because they do not see me in their system. Spoke to the third party company that creates their appts and scheduling and he told me that my appt had been cancelled, 2 days prior to my plans, and was not sure why and tried to give them the csn numbers to look it up instead of by name and they did not care. They just asked me to pull out of the line because i was holding up the two cars behind.

Very hard to get ahold of the staff in the pharmacy then they keep delaying in filling my much needed prescriptions. I switched to them for pure convenience of the drive thru and later hours than my previous pharmacy but I'm going to change again. They tell me it will be ready in the morning and after 20 minutes hold time they tell me not until the afternoon. Smh. They have became very low on my scale.
