Alesha is the pharmacist and owner and is what I think represents a home town pharmacy. As long as he is in business I will never use any other pharmacy. When my wife and I were home ill with covid he personally delivered our meds on his way home from work.

The nicest, smartest pharmacist, with his funny, sweet side-kick, are some of the best I've had the pleasure of doing business with.Brand new, squeaky clean store, welcome you by name when you walk in, they text back, they call back, they are real live people and they treat you like gold.Just peek your head in the door!

This place is phenomenal..Alpesh is the pharmacist and owner ... he is kind , courteous , and goes out of his way to help every customer who comes through the door ... always going the extra mile to give you the best price he possibly can . And if he knows your on a budget he will get every deal and savings he can to make sure ur able to get the meds you need ... he delivers when you can't come out ... truly he is simply amazing ... would recommend him to everyone I can ???

Broadway Discount Pharmacy , the first & last in all your pharmaceutical needs at a truly discounted price on all medications.Unlike the mega stores promising high quality drugs & good service, Broadway Discount Pharmacy actually does just that. It gets better, Alpesh Patel, the owner & pharmacist is a great guy who actually cares about the experience. I was truly surprised the first time I dropped in at how professional as well as, how aware Alpesh was about people's needs, finally, I said, I can't believe the level of commitment and unbelievable humanity of what would be my new pharmacy & Pharmacist. Some of my medications had to be personally transferred for the insurance to pick them up. Alpesh asked if I wanted to wait for transfers for some of my various drug classificated drugs, as my insurer would only transfer after informed of change of pharmacy. I said let's just get them all filled. I paid Broadway's co-pay & bought the others without insurance and even though I got some under coverage, but paid full price for the others, I was blown away! If I had no insurance for any of my prescriptions I would have come up a winner. I realized how much I had been being overcharged going to the prefered pharmacy over going elsewhere. My drugs were still half of what I've been paying for years! It was absolutely mind boggling to realize my prefered pharmacy was selling inferior generics at 3 times the price, while Alpesh, a real pharmacist, and humanitarian was a lighthouse to his profession & made me feel like family while cutting my monthly prescriptions costs in half. I won't go anywhere else ever again. Finally a drug provider like the mom & pop pharmacies of my childhood was back. Honesty, integrity and great discounts, with or without insurance.Mr Patel, Alpesh if I may, you are the real deal and just what every city in America needs today. I'm so glad you chose Bartow as your your base of operations. I can't say enough good about doing business there. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and great sense of community.
