I have some small damage on my front bumper and figured since I already go to Bartow Ford for service that I would bring my car to their body shop as well. NOPE!
They are extremely unresponsive. I have called several times and left multiple voicemails with no attempts on their end to call back and even say “hey so sorry, but unfortunately we’re overloaded with repairs and won’t be able to assist you at this time.” I would prefer that instead of getting nothing back. I feel bad for the customers who have their vehicles there for repairs. Hope they’re at least being communicated with.

The staff is outstanding. Food is very good, with lots of variety. They could use a trash can out front so people stop throwing trash on their bench.

Dean and the team made the process easy for me to work with, especially after dealing with a frustrating at-fault party. The repairs done on my vehicle look great. Dean was very communicative with updates throughout the duration of repairs. Would definitely recommend their collision center to friends and family.

Have used Bartow Ford for service needs the past few years. Aaron in the service dept has helped me save $ and has gone out of his way to assist me with my truck and gain my trust. Moving out of state in a few months and my only regret is not being able to continue as a customer with Bartow Ford. The honesty and integrity by this dealership and it's staff will be sorely missed. First I would like to start by saying I don't usually leave poor reviews as I know how reviews can represent a company HOWEVER in this situation I feel it is necessary. I took my truck to Bartow Ford Months ago (I knew it was going to take a while in the collision center because it was backed up, I was ok with that) when it was finally finished I was advised it was going to "service" to have the oil leak and AC comp leak quoted either way I wanted it fixed. I was told by the technician they wouldn't repair it because it was a liability and the mileage was too high. I have paperwork from Bartow ford stating my mileage is 220k... However it puzzles me because the truck only has 139k miles on it? I was told they put a new battery in but Battery acid is leaking out of it today 8/22/23 I just picked it up 8/21/23 so how can this be? I was told it had been pressure washed and cleaned to see where the oil was coming from, it was not it is so full of old crud that nobody even touched it! Disappointed is an understatement. We own 4 Fords and I have never lost so much faith in a company. The lies this company's technicians told because they didn't want to do heavy labor work is unbelievable. I hope Bartow Ford trains better for future situations because it is unacceptable. People beware of who is doing work on your truck and how knowledgeable they actually are.

Another giving back to the community event. This establishment is giving back to school supplies to local kids helping get a great start. It's very amazing the school supplies, food, music, games, & fun activities. Establishment helps get kids geared up for the upcoming school year.

I got a puncture in my tire while on vacation and luckily it was right by here. I was able to get it in to the wick lane just before it totally deflated. They were able to plug the tire for free and send me back on my way. Thanks

This is rating is only for the body shop at Bartow Ford. I have been a customer for over 50 years, never had a problem. Until I brought my vehicle in for body repairs due to accident (not my fault). Walked in and was greeted by Christina, rude would not even begin to describe her demeanor. She was very short with me, not really wanting to help me. When I mentioned Geico was the person at fault insurance carrier. She got very snibby with me. I left and took my vehicle to another body shop. I have always used Bartow Ford for other body repairs but, this will be my last time walking through those doors. I am 73 years old and have never been treated this way at Bartow Ford. I will remain a true customer to Sales and for my minor tune ups and oil changes.

Fantastic place. The owner, Senior, is a honest man. He tries so hard. I think it's really mean that people say I bought this piece off "sh.t" from Bartow Ford. He is a really honest man. Benny Junior, on this third marriage, like dad. We all make mistakes. I turned in my F150. I never received the money for the top. That's ok. I bought an Exhibition from Heather's first fiancé. I sold it to them. Heather said that her brother needed the money so she lied about the title. Heather was fired from Michael Kohs. I just want buy money back that Carolyn borrowed and the money for the difference in sales which would $12,560.

Had to take my car in after my some one hit it while it was parked. A week later received my car back with broken clips on the side skirt, not a big issue since it still stays in place but noticed a crack on the top of the door. I let them know so they could repair the damage they caused. They kept my car for another week and flash forward a year or so turns out they just painted over the crack. Why they needed to keep my car for a whole week just to paint over something is beyond meService: Body & Trim

The lady that helped me in the collision dept with an estimate was very nice and helpful. Went above and beyond in my opinion. My appointment is in July, hopefully that will go as smoothly
