“Absolutely love the staff here at the lodge. My neighbor had a leak from my bath upstairs. The maintenance came up to my apartment to check out the issue. He was able to fix the issue as well as fix my clogged sink and within minutes of reporting it. I turned my kitchen light on to help him see better but the bulbs were taking a minute to turn on as they are fluorescent so he replaced those and now they work perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live or better people to take care of the property. Amazing job and amazing people!!!”
“Great lake too walk it's about 3 miles. They also do a lot of Marathon's on Saturday's. And if you look up Lakeland ski club they also do free shows you can find them on Facebook for there schedule.”
“I have been at Peppertree for almost a year now, after being in different apartment complexes this is the first one that actually felt like a home. A big convenience with the location of this complex as well! The only issue I have had here was with the air conditioner sometimes freezing over, but with one phone call the Maintenance team was on it within an hour and had it fixed, excellent service. They were always very friendly as well. Janelle at the front desk is extremely professional and easy to talk with about any needs/questions. Thank you for always being so nice and helpful Janelle! I rarely hear any of my neighbors as well. I will always recommend this property to others looking for a rental!”
“You'll always find negative reviews no matter where you go, but I have nothing except praise for this place. Unfortunately, I have to move away due to circumstances changing, but you should know the management here is fantastic (shoutout to Amanda!) Every single time I've needed something repaired or looked at they promptly send someone to come fix it. Every time I've had a question, Amanda is patient to explain and help me understand. The community washers and dryers are inexpensive and always work, the garbage is always picked up in a timely manner and never overflowing, and I think I've literally seen two or three bugs in the entire year I've lived here (No big deal, that's life!) Barring the potential of unsavory neighbors (which no one can control), I'd say Emerald Run is a nice, quiet place to live that's close to basically everything in town. What more could you want? Highly recommended!”

“I absolutely love the quiet living this complex offers. I been here 3 1/2 months and very glad to have found this place. The rent is a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it’s worthwhile. Mellissa and Lena are very welcoming and most of all caring. Btw, the maintenance crew are wonderful people that also live in the premises.”

“Love this community, and all that it offers… pool, reck area/clubhouse, also place to workout, or spin class. Love that it has elevators, so that if you live on the top floor it’s not such a hall to bring up groceries or if you have a child or a pup, it’s easy to take down to the park or take the pup to go potty. So far loving it.”

“Louie was an amazing host, told him the adorable dog greeting me as I entered automatically gave you guys a 5 star! Unfortunately the 1 bdrm appt seemed much smaller than I expected for 710sq ft and the 2 bd/1ba which may come available soon is not affordable for me. Either way I am thankful for your time and hospitality today! Place seems clean and quiet and it is a Saturday so normally weekends are good to see if a place is crazy but it wasn't. Thank You again for your time.”
