I purchased a pair of shoes from Zimmermann for my brother's wedding. I wore them one time. They were damaged almost immediately. I tried to sort this out with the store's customer service but they were difficult. As someone who worked in luxury fashion previously, this is pretty disconcerting. I will not be shopping with Zimmermann in the future.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I went in to their store hoping to walk out with that feeling of actually buying luxury not just in a Neiman Marcus deal . They recommended a seamstress by the name of Iris - STAY AWAY . No restitution for the damagesFurthermore after trying for days to get in touch with a manager , regional manager Meagan basically said nothing can be done no recommendations for another seamstress nothing , she Hung up the phone after a very frustrating response that she and her store will continue to recommend this seamstress. what a joke that’s their manager … I mean regional manager .No customer service , no backing their employees word . You can try it on at the store then get it from the department stores with guarantee alterations .Worst experience and sadly all I wanted was the dress to be fixed .

I went into the store on Sunday and found a beautiful dress that I purchased. I live in NY and was flying back that evening so I asked them if they can ship it to me which they gladly offered.Fast forward 3 days later and they call me (I assumed to give me tracking since they said it will be shipped out the next day) to tell me that they charged me the wrong amount and I need to pay more money!! I asked for the manager Francis Lunas - but he refused to come to the phone and left the poor saleswomen to deal with my frustration. In the end they refused to do anything about it and made me give my credit info for the refund and left it at that!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Their computer system is so antiquated, really belongs in the 1800’s. Love their 1800’s fashion, don’t get me wrong, to receive and order or get your store credit, really takes hours of work!I’m not sure if it’s done intentionally, so you have to return time and time again, or if the staff is just inept. Either way, it’s more expensive than their already marked up merch. Time is valuable and I learned my lesson here. They just don’t respect your time, but they do love your money! Oh and they love to leave the security tabs on the clothes too, forcing you to return yet once again... Too busy for this..If I were you, I’d order online now that their sizes are balanced and more regular. They “large” used to be a small medium, since their merch was probably made in China for the most part.On a bright note, their sizes are now real sizes and they will be adding an extra large, for those of us who added some extra weight during the pandemic..Will add a star for that one!

I bought a swimsuit white with gold belt. The belt rust and stained the whole swimsuit. I've explained by email to customer service and sent pictures (nothing more simple to explain and to understand) The answer was : we work with this fabric since long time and we never have any problem and they didn't offer any solution. Shameful

Bought a dress for a special event, employee forgot to take off the sensor. Had to drive all the way back. Very upsetting for Zimmerman. When you buy a 1000$ dress and you are the only one at the store, how can a cashier forget these basic things.

Zimmermann store employees are nice , but company disappointed me,bought one of the dresses and was worn only ONCE when seems started to come out and stretch i asked at the store if they consider replacing an item or store credit , was asked to send email so they can forward to corporate and decide , so because there was no more complaints they decided it’s a wear and tear . NOT SURE IF AFTER THAT I would want to invest my money $$$$ on something that cost a lot and suppose to be good quality and Corporate Office not to keep client happy, so he would go back and spend more money, which I did not ask to return money , just store credit or replacement .Very disappointed...
