If I can give less than one star I would. I had the worst experience possible in this boutique you are better off buying online. I went to order some tights I asked if I can return them if they did not fit they told me know so I explain to them how my supposed to know if $70 tights fit me without trying them on she made this exception once for me I tried them on they did not fit they didn't want to allow me to exchange it for a bigger size or a different style. I don't know about you but spending $70 on tights already is a splurge and not being able to notice that you were not a little bit of a pain. The manager finally let me exchange it for something else then tells me I have to buy something because they refused to give me a credit because when I exchange for was less of a value she said I could spend more money I explain to her I will not be spending a penny more in the city dispatching up from them. Do yourself a favor and order online you have a better chance with return policies

One of the friendliest stores in Bal Harbor, I hate that mall because the sales people are always so rude, but this place is a treat... their wool stockings are perfect for winter

This location is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I think Nidia might have been the one that helped me, I can't remember. I had her in tears from the laughter, she was super nice! If you are looking for a specific design that they no longer have at their store, they're more than happy to find out who has it. Also, you can always place an order over the phone with them or have them hold an item for you. I don't think I have to tell you about the quality of Wolford tights. It's fantastic! If you're tired of buying pantyhose/tights that don't last, give Wolford a try. They have sales from time to time, so make sure to join their mailing list.
