The older woman working at the store was incredibly rude and unwelcoming.I was looking through folded shirts carefully and the woman shout what are you looking for! I calmly state a size medium. She yells we have mediums- what color as I am holding a navy shirt. I say navy. The other attendant, a younger woman asks if I need help (clearly she finds what is happening alarming) and I say no. The older woman takes me into the fitting room and puts the shirts down and slams the curtain closed. No let me know if you need help, what is your name etc. I wanted to buy the shirt in the three colors available but choose to leave and buy them elsewhere.

This was my first purchase with the brand so I was nervous so I purchased a sale item. The color of the dress on the website looked different in person but the dress is so beautifully made I kept it. I needed some help from customer service and I was connected to Jillian at the Bal Harbour store. Jillian's customer service is remarkable!!! I called back a few days later for additional help and she assisted me with no problem. I ended up purchasing two sale items which was of great value. Jillian assisted me as if I was purchasing regular priced items and her customer service did not slack off because I was ordering from the sales selections. I will be purchasing the dress not on sale I was just trying to have control but between the customer service and the quality I am hooked!!! Thanks Jillian!!!!
