I felt overwhelm with the aggressive sales approach. I went in knowing what I wanted to purchase (a gift for a friend), and the salesperson kept insisting I buy something for my friend and also buy something for myself. I can appreciate the hustle, but an experience that was supposed to feel special was highly diluted for me. I left buying the gift because I had to due to timing, but if I had a choice I would have left empty-handed. She also felt the need to remind me that the particular bracelet I was looking for is never available in store, but she happened to find it in the back, and she needed me to know how lucky I was that she found it. I feel frustration because I expected an elevated & refined experience and instead, I received a used car salesman approach that left me feeling very icky.

What a beautiful store and amazing experience!!! I had a wonderful time at Van Cleef & Arpels , the store is absolutely stunning and even though I wasn’t ready to but anything today I received top tier service . Living over 3 hrs away from a Van Cleef store this was my first experience with the brand and I was very pleasantly surprised! I was looking for an addition to my wedding band and looked at a few beautiful options . Nathalia was absolutely wonderful and showed me many options which I loved . I ended up settling on my favorite and she even wrote down the code for me so I will know it for the future . Beautiful store and wonderful service , will definitely be back !!!

very poorly serviced!My name is Elizabeth dos Santos and I'm a good connoisseur of jewelry. Today, 07/19/2023, I went to the store in Bal Harbor and I don't advise black people to go to this store, even the security guards, who are black. they treat black people badly! seller was very rude to me and my 5 year old daughter! horrible service! My daughter even cried! not funny ! all the time thinking it was a cat! giving signals to the security guards! I felt really bad! I didn't like the service at all! I was carrying my husband's credit card, she didn't accept the card! I had to call my husband! because she thought that because she was black! was cat! destable ! Very racist service! I will never go back to this store! honor black people! because to your bad luck! today we have much more money than white people

Literally posted a sign “closed for 10 minutes” but then didn’t open or have anyone come update the customers waiting for at least 25 minutes

Love the new store they opened , stunning . I’ve been shopping for my jewelry here for years and was never disappointed in the service or quality of my Jewelery collection which is a vast array of finely curated pieces . Now for the van clef crew. Sam my sales associate is fabulous , can get u almost anything you want , always answers calls & is very accommodating .than there’s Mandy the sweetest human ever so sweet funny and just lovely in every way. When I’m there I feel at home . Oh and Chris can’t forget Chris the security guard , he’s great . Love him.so all in all visit van clef see Mandy or Sam & you will acquire a fine jewelry collections in a very pleasant Environment. Happy shopping ?

I want to tell you about my purchase at van cleef & arpels and the terrible service !! I bought the Jewelry for almost $ 10,000 But what do you think the seller first forgot to give me a check then he forgot to mark that the length needs to be added to the Jewelry, I come for the Jewelry happy and happy, and that you think it’s not ready forgot to write what length needs to be done in As a result, I came for the Jewelry a week later, I thought at least this time I would be pretty, but no, they did not have champagne, in the end this is the worst purchase in my life !!! The problem is that they don't care if you spend $ 1000 or $ 10.000 the service is the same, they don't care about us !!! , Anyone can bring Decorations, even a child, for this a lot of mind is not needed !!! I think the service at McDonald's is better, although I have never been there !!! Kevin Polvent !! who ruined my shopping ??

Visited this location last week in search of a Mother of Pearl Bracelet. Vancleef is having a shortage and back order delay. I refused to wait until the DC location obtain one. Monika was my assigned agent and was very helpful. There was only one left in this location and I scored it; Extremely happy.
