I bought 3 Zegna items online over a few days & as soon as they arrived I realized I'd bought 1 size too big- XL instead of L. I asked if I could exchange 2 of them as none had been worn other than tried on & was met with a no way as they were all considered 'final sale' items. VERY disappointing to be be that inflexible. No wonder the likes of Amazon are killing these smaller companies that are left in the dust on inflexible return policies.

Cory was amazing & poured me the biggest champagne after I bought the best pink Chanel 19 for my b-day. They have such a great selection of current Chanel bags that you cannot find in the Chanel stores.

Bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes today and almost walked out twice. Salesperson couldn't be asked, couldn't find the box or size. What's the point of that attitude? The real topper was when at checkout I wanted to smell a fragrance, the bottle was empty, I said as much and she just stared blankly at me...

This boutique is amazing! They have a great selection of designer accessories & clothing! Bentley is always so helpful! Top notch customer service. One of our favorite shops in Bal Harbour!

I went to the store today 5 minutes before close and a very rude girl said that they was closed and i ask why and she said because yes.. we ask to speak with the manager and the lady said the manager doesn't want to speak with you... what a horrible experience

I got my first Chanel bag here last year (august 2018), and I had the best experience which exceeded my expectation. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the sales associate, but she did an amazing job and was really nice; I can't say that about half the sales associates I meet.

While they have a nicely curated selection of designers, their return policy is unacceptable. They only will give a store credit even if you return in original condition within their 14 day policy. It also doesn’t state that in their receipts. When you do try to return, they are very rude. Lots of others places to shop and where they care about customer experience. Also, their prices aren’t competitive. A number of the items they had at full price are over 50% off at both Saks and Neimans.

If I could give 10 stars to Fredy, I would! He will be my forever Miami SA. This review is basically for him, he is an expert and very kind and helpful, he exceeded my expectations; walked out of there with a the all time fabulous classic sling backs in my size which is a 5 and he was able to get me the one and only pair left nation wide. What more can I ask, his customer service stood out from all the SA I have know from numerous fashion houses. This same boutique I had called and a lady was rude and snobby on the phone, wanting to put me on a waiting list for a handbag, comes today and Fredy pulled it out for me. Soo happy to have found him!!!
