Great place for great shoes. I love the colors of designs and choices offered at this location. It's at the bell harbor shops on the third floor towards Saks, so you gotta kind of walk to get to it. Once they're you'll be very happy. Great selection of choices and great staff to take care of you. Kevin was my sales rep and I bought six pairs of shoes from him. Sure hope he got a decent commission because he worked really hard.They have belts and other items but for me this is a great place for shoes. Absolutely beautiful designs.

The worst of the worst. I ordered a pair of shoes and it's now two weeks and no update. They told me one week I had to call twice. You'd think someone at the store would have called me. Typical miami service. Must be something in the water

Kevin, our salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the brand and it's history. He gave us a nice lesson on the company and it's shoes. So impressed, we bought four pair. Magnificent hand made Italian shoes. Fabulous selection and intoxicating leather aroma. Will be back.

I would like to be clear about this review, Santoni shoes are wonderful, beautiful shoes. I love them and I will continue to add them to my wardrobe. I wont however purchase anything from this location. I had tried on two pair of double monks to determine the best fit for me. My girlfriend had found a pair she liked also. I'm prepared at this point to purchase two pair of shoes. A previous customer came into the store as if he were the only person that ever mattered and started addressing our salesperson. She disappeared into the back for quite a while and started helping the other customer. I understand she cannot do anything about his rudeness but she could have concluded our transaction prior to helping him since we were done except for paying for our two pair of shoes. When she finally came back to us and asked if we had decided I told here yes, we had decided she was too distracted to properly assist us. My girlfriend and I went to Neiman Marcus and bought our Santoni shoes there. Neiman Marcus actually understands how to treat a customer about to make a large purchase. On second thought they know how to treat a customer regardless of the size of the purchase.
