Went to the BalHarbor store as the sole of a relatively new pair of Ferragamo shoes I bought had detached. The quality of the shoes was not up to their reputation, but the service we received was even worst. Especially the manager called Constantino who was aggressive, loud and disrespectful. Not even close to what I was expecting a brand like this to be represented by and a toxic working environment could be perceived across that flagship store.The shoes were finally fixed (not exchanged) after they asked me to pay Ferrragamo $75 to repair them. How is this a good answer to a quality problem of a super premium brand product? But I understand these quality issues can happen. What I don’t understand is how they have employees with this lack of professionalism, nil service mentality, aloof personalities and demeaning behaviors toward customers.

I communicate this letter to you to record a very unpleasant situation that happened to me and also to affirm a very great personal discomfort, in addition to the enormous disappointment suffered, due to the bad treatment received in the SALVATORE FERRAGAMO firm's sales establishment. , which is in Barharbour, Miami, FL.I went with the certainty that it was a high-level firm that belongs to a group of firms that sells extreme luxury and at a high price, because I was convinced that they could surely provide me with an adequate and satisfactory solution. I am a diabetic patient, the error of the sales team of that store is causing an injury to one of my feet because the shoes are not the size required for my needs and they still recommended them to me. I don't know what the consequences may be for my health.I was attended by a person named Constantino, who turned out to be the manager, apparently he was having a bad day, a rude man, with no solution options to present to customers, a problem created by the staff of the store in question.Very limited in his capacity as sales manager, he was also repulsive, negligent and very rude, I am fully convinced that in no way a firm with the reputation, prestige and tradition for decades of being the excellence in footwear worldwide, have approved this. type of protocols or procedures that only generate discomfort and division among the millions of customers, in addition to collapsing the fundamental premise of all businesses: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT,I don't think that the owners of FERRAGAMO, in any way, shape, have that negative protocol to solve customer problems.That the Manager, in no way should continue treating the public,IT DOES NOT HAVE THE GREATEST PROFESSIONALISM, and under no circumstances should STAND IN FRONT OF THE STORE OR BE REPRESENTED BY THE FIRM.Personally, I am very disappointed in the lack of a solution to a problem with 2 pairs of shoes that I bought in January. His sales team recommended me to buy a specific model that does not fit my foot.I assert my right as a mistreated and dissatisfied customer and through my possibilities, either with my bank or with my legal team, I will let the media know, written, spoken, online and everything I can, that I do not recommend no customer. . who shops at that store and least trusts that manager named Constantino who has absolutely no skills or abilities in dealing with customers.In the end we got into a discussion that did not make me feel good, he faced me with fear and opted for the best possible decision for the moment, leaving the establishment to prevent his ineptitude from escalating to a problem with greater consequences.Therefore, I ask you to take measures so that this type of behavior does not happen again, nor does it result in inconvenience for your customers, and does not affect the good image that your shoe store maintains up to now.I remain at your service if you need more information.

Everyone is this store seemed very professional and friendly but I had the pleasure of dealing with Viviana and I can tell u from my experience she went above and beyond for me! Very nice and knowledgeable person! I will definitely be back to shop with her for anything I need in the future and I suggest anyone reading this does the same!
