I love Saks! I was on vacation in Miami and they made me feel like a special customer, this girl was new but it was incredible how she helped me with all my skincare concerns! It's good that you have young people with that spirit of service and very professional! Thanks Michelle!

I tried to return a never before worn item here and got yelled at by the manager, Jodi, who refused the return before seeing the item because it’s been over 30 days. Even after reading the receipt (which I have photographed here) out loud where it is says that items after 30 days will be credited based on current selling price, she still was very rude and refused to help said “I’m not talking to you” and just walked away.
Keep in mind it was only 8 days after the 30 days and the item was never worn.
There are too many other stores with the same items who have no problem being fair and kind when it comes to returns, so I wouldn’t waste my time at Saks again.
