I walked into the bal harbour location and Olga greeted me in a very warm and professional manner. I was able to see the latest collection and see what's offered in the bedding section. Then Olga referred me to the Ralph Lauren book on display where I perused it and received such inspiration for a project I'm doing. Thanks for the way you made me feel and congrats on this team.

The Store's General Manager, Debra Koch, is an excellent brand Ambassador for the Ralph Lauren brand. Debra recently handled an issue I presented to her with the utmost professionalism. I enthusiastically recommend Debra and the Ralph Lauren store in Bal Harbour FL.

I bought a watch 2 years ago. broke several times because of an issue with this model.to date they have not solved my issue, saying it's not their fault because they just changed repaire shop !! what do I care i bought a RL watch (which I shouldn't ) get cloths there but nothing else. even though theWorst of all, the manger a woman named Debra, never calls back to update me on the repaire. I am the one always calling and she always says she's going to check and call me back. BUT never does.

What a truly amazing service Hernan offered. He made me feel like I was the only one in the store and he was my personal shopper. He even left to greet my husband. There is a reason he has been there 20 years. Best salesmen in Florida, heck even USA thinks this Canadian! Bravo Hernan! A+ 10/10 One sales consultant to another.

I have never left a review for a store before but found the need to do so today. But, there was an elderly lady with short blonde hair that works there that was extremely rude and thought she was above everyone. Have never experienced such an unprofessional person in my life. Store should revaluate their salespeople because they will never ever get a cent out of me. Too bad love the flagship store in New York complete amateurs working here. Shop at any other Ralph Lauren store in Miami.

I love this store, I use to go shopping every week in Ralph Lauren located in Dolphin Mall but I made an online purchase and choose to pick up my stuff in this store. Great choice!
