Beware of untransparent policies that are never mentioned when shopping in store: upon coming home I opened the package with purchased goods and learnt that the receipt has “no refunds, exchange only” stamp, that was put there by salesperson sneakily behind my back after the receipt was signed.Beware especially if you are shopping for someone else - you will not be able to return if something goes wrong.

We spent almost $7,000 in this place. One size they didn’t have was mailed to us. Upon receiving, it did not fit. We requested a credit when we mailed back and were told no. We live in Georgia and when we made a trip about two months later the store was closed and directed to 1st Floor and there was no store. We called multiple times and went immediately to a voicemail that didn’t even indicate it was the store. We have no response and out over $800. Agree with previous review that while articles are stylish this place is unresponsive and doesn’t seem to care about customer experience. We’re out $800 and after spending so much, very disappointing and can’t recommend At all.

Two and a half months ago I purchased three shirts which costed me over $1,000.00. After about three weeks I called the store to report that one of the snaps on one of my new shirts was not working. At that time I was told that they would replace the shirt. Three weeks later I called the store and I was told they were going to repair the shirt when they get a new snap mechanism from Italy. After that I have not heard from them. A week ago I started calling the store. Four times I was told that the store manager would call me back. I have still not received any correspondence.If you have money to burn go ahead and shop there but if something goes wrong keep in mind that they do not care.

Unprofessional customer service!! I won't buy from this store again! I used to live across the street from the mall and always saw their beautiful pieces and wanted to own something. I tried few items but I didn't like how they got wrinkled right away, just from trying it. Unless you move, everything looks great on. My first and last purchase was a hat that I payed over $1,000 for. I told the sells representative that I would like to buy the hat but the only one they had in the store was full of makeup marks, was wrinkled and the headband looked like it felt off and someone sew it back in an unprofessional way. The sells rep assured me she could order a brand new one from Italy. When I received the hat, I had a huge "surprise" ... it was the same exact one from the store. I could recognize it as I am very attentive to details. Wow! I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful quite frankly. I don't see this other than an intentional "mistake" or stupidity on their part. I immediately called the store, it was on a Friday, and some girl that works there answered. I was explaining the situation and, while I was still talking, she stops me and asks me if she can call back on Monday because it was her birthday that weekend and she was going to celebrate. She also gave me her mobile and asked me to text her and explain the situation. What???? I never heard of anything like that. I was very busy so I didn't feel like calling back or fighting over this d*** answer. I did send her detailed pictures, where I circled all the issues I found with the hat. Then, I waited for her to call me on Monday, she never did. I reached out again and she finally responds with: "I am working on it!" Well, I never heard from her again. After getting what I consider a very expensive hat, from a high-end brand, this is what I get?? Never buying from here again and I will make sure to let everyone know my experience with this boutique. Buy something and don't expect to be accommodated if you may encounter any issues with your purchase. No refunds offered. After this experience, I feel like I was robbed for $1,000 and received an item I don't want and didn't wanted from the beginning.

Beautiful high quality linen clothing, both myself and my girl found items we liked, which is a rarety for us! All the ladies who helped us were very helpful and attentive to all details...Overall was a great shopping experience... Thank you 100% Capri

Stay away! I purchased a dress from this store. They promised to alter and ship it to me. About 30 minutes after I paid, I realized that it was too risky to have them do that. If the dress didn't fit, I would be thousands of miles away and have no way for them to fix it. So I called and asked them to please cancel the purchase. They said they could only give me a store credit -- that there computer didn't have the ability to give refunds. I explained that since there are no stores in my part of the country and the company doesn't sell online, there was no way for me to use a credit. And I pointed out that nobody told me the return policy (nor was it posted anywhere visible in the store). I am currently contesting the purchase with my credit card company as I don't even have the dress!! Shop anywhere but here!!
