It was like a scene fron pretty woman. We went to exchange a blouse gifted to my mon. We were confronted by a pompous character, with an oversize gold, vintage chain necklace that said, to my horror“ we don’t exchange anything over a year. Which makes complete sense. I'm seriously disappointed with Neiman Marcus. I've been dealing with an issue regarding a refund for an in-store return, and despite their customer service promising to call me back within 24 hours, it's been 14 days, and there hasn't been any refund issued. Despite my numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, I've heard nothing from them.I'd caution others to think twice before dealing with Neiman Marcus. Their customer service is a letdown.

KARLA P is the only and one I go to, she is a brand ambassador and queen of Dior. And any other brands you need. She is not pushy like the other people at neiman, I always have the best time shopping with her. She is great a listens to your needs, she goes above and beyond for you. I was there for a gift and she help me package it in a doir box with ribbons so cute and special, my friend that received the gift was so happy and delighted. On top of that she is beautiful and has a great heart. I could not find an item at this location, so Karla helped me set it up with a different Neiman Marcus location with Marisol. I went there and was able to pick up my gift. Thank you again. Listennn don’t shop with anyone else. Ask for Karla!
