Unlike other reviews, my experience here was great! I emailed them when they opened to make sure they had the 2 bags I was looking for before I made the drive from Orlando. Both bags/ colors were in stock and I got an email back right away. Showed up, no wait to enter and picked the bags up! Very easy and great experience. Bernard was fantastic!

If you are in this store it’s because you know what you want. The door man had to be asked to get off his phone to let us in. Everyone in there was bothered I was there. Yuck. I still bought a bag because I knew what I wanted. But not the reason or experience you are there for.

The lady that works there seems like she’s intellectually challenged. My experience at Goyard was disappointing. Her customer service was subpar, marked by rudeness evident in both body language and demeanor. It felt as though she lacked the patience and courtesy expected in a high-end retail environment. Such behavior diminishes the overall shopping experience, leaving customers with a negative impression.Furthermore, considering the upscale nature of the patrons, it is essential to maintain service excellence that corresponds to the refined expectations within this high-end retail setting.Improved training or a change in staff would certainly enhance the atmosphere at the Goyard store and make it a more welcoming place for clients.

I must say, it's truly astonishing. Initially, they fail to answer their phones, leaving us in a state of uncertainty. Then, we make the effort to visit the store today, only to discover that it has decided not to open. This particular store happens to be the sole one in Bar Harbour Shops, which adds to the disappointment. And to top it off, after reading the reviews, I'm left with a sense of apprehension about what our experience there will be like. It's quite disheartening, to say the least.

I got one wallet less than a year ago, it broke on one side I stopped by the store (Bal Harbour) today since I don’t usually have time and asked what could they do to fix it and they said it could probably take more than three (3) months to fix it and before had to go to verification department bla bla bla beside the terrible attitude to the client, So DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on pieces they say are luxury and treat you like the opposite.

The Bal Harbour Goyard store is the dumbest store I have ever been too. They only let 1 person in at a time since they have only 1 person working in the store. Waited an hour outside store on a line to get in. Garbage company and garbage merchandise. Save your money and shop a normal brand that values their customers. Not sure how difficult it is to hire a second or third minimum wage employee to service customers! I hope Goyard corporate is reading this and fires both the store manager and regional manager!!!

I make big purchases on behalf of my clients. They have a special request for a Christmas gift and I have called numerous times for weeks and sent email numerous times with no response.

I have not been to the store in person, however I have ordered from them multiple times after inquiring online and they have always been great about placing my orders and shipping them out to me. It's been very convenient and pleasant working with them.

Your Bal Harbour (Miami) store service is terrible. I bought a tote bag but the paint started to melt. I took it to the store, and they sent it to Paris to repair it. I picked it up 3 months later, and they forgot to give me the pouch bag. They offered to send it, but it got lost. I've been trying to ask them where is it, but now they say i have to wait three more months. They wont pick up the phone or answer the numerous emails that I've sent. Plus they treat me like if they're doing me a favor, not as if I were the customer, and the mistake was theirs!! Horrible experience

From reading the other reviews of this Goyard location, we were expecting a terrible experience. Instead, we were met with kindness and respect when we came into the store for a repair. There were three people on staff when we came in, and all three of them were eager to assist us, very kind and understanding. The customer service was fantastic. Important to note: we were only a party of two and came in on a Tuesday around 11am. There was no wait to enter the store and we had someone assisting us immediately. I understand that the store can get quite busy on weekends, so I would recommend coming during the week if you are able. Goyard products are something of a hot commodity at the moment, so if you're coming in on a weekend, it would make sense that there would be a long line to enter the store, especially if there are only a couple of staff members to assist a few customers at a time.

I was looking forward to shopping at this location as it is one of the only Goyard locations near me . The store looks beautiful and was I looking to add a leather good to my collection . As I approached the store , I could see people inside so I attempted to open the door and the guard had locked it . I assumed they were vip’s and left to shop in other stores . The next day , I tried later on 3 separate occasions yet each time I was met with a locked door and glares from the staff. I was dressed well and waited around 10 minutes each time . Yet as people exited , I was still not let in . I believe this store has a one person at the shop at a time so be prepared to wait if you want to enter the store .
