I really like the concept of this brand and store, natural colors and fabrics. the design of the store itself is equally impressive, the owners have done a very serious job. but in my opinion there is not enough light in the store on the second floor.

It’s a very nice store the decor is beautiful the lighting is very dim so it’s hard to see. It took 3 associates to help me find the things I wanted. I still left the store with out some items not sure why. I asked for certain things from the website they couldn’t identify or find. A shirt color called jungle.The “key hold” was eager to give me a business card with his name but couldn’t make sure all my shorts were the correct size even though I told him 3 times to check. Anyway it took me a long time to get there because not many stores carry all the the collection I made the effort to get to bal harbor. Average service except for one guy who went out of his way to find something and come to find out it never made it into my bag. Communicate people.

In this store everyone is a liar. The try to sell pants that were returned from Bloomingdale. They are trying to sale clothes from the back which was returned and dirty.
