The salespeople are respectful but they failed to honor a two year warranty on eyewear without any wear and tear damage. The poor quality of manufacture caused it to fall apart within nine months. This fact was not in dispute. I feel very disappointed by their short sighted refusal to honor their warranty. We will not be purchasing anything from this brand in the future, even though Kering is only a licensee. They have totally ruined Gucci for us by charging for a repair well within the warranty period. No pieces were broken, just came apart. Nickel and diming long term customers on made up technicalities is unacceptable.

We received exceptional service and and had an unforgettable shopping experience on our visit to the Gucci store at Bal Harbour Shops!!! It was nothing short of amazing. After perusing the Men’s section on the second floor, we had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Zapata, who made our shopping experience truly memorable. Despite the store being packed, he was incredibly attentive, offering us sparkling water and champagne while we waited. He took the time to explain the fascinating history of Gucci’s colors and styles, making us feel both welcomed and informed. We ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes, a belt, and a tie, and left feeling thrilled with our choices.
Before we left, we stopped by the selfie room and met another Sebastian, who was kind enough to take pictures for us. He was full of energy! To top it off, we shared our praise with the assistant store manager, who was delighted to hear about the outstanding service received from both Sebastians.
If you’re looking for luxury products paired with exceptional customer service, this Gucci location is the place to go! We’ll definitely go back to get more nice luxury pieces!

Great customer service. I was helped right away. I had issues finding right size but they tried all they could to get me fit correctly even calling over the tailor to see if he could assist. Didn't purchase anything due to lack of size available but definitely appreciated the assistance and service here.

I was very disappointed by my experience here. I have visited several Gucci stores in different cities and have always had a positive experience. I was excited to go into the store to exchange a pair of shoes and the staff was rude to both my boyfriend and I. I almost just returned the shoes due to how we were treated.

A beautiful shopping experience. Thanks again to Sebastián Zapata Valencia he was gracious in taking my order while I was working out of state. He also allowed me to set up an intimate appointment with him in store at the Bal Harbour Location. Such a great experience. A glamorous experience inside the store, treated with so much class. I purchased a pair of shoes that retailed for over $1,000.00 recently. The sales associate, Monica V., was very quick to accept my purchase via text, but then completely disappeared after numerous attempts to procure a receipt and shipping information. In fact, it took three emails and four phone calls and I still couldn't garner a response. I'm a longtime Gucci client and the lack of customer service from this location speaks volumes to the ineptitude and lack of customer obsession from this branch. Trust the other reviewers when they share their experiences that this store should be avoided at all costs. The Beverly Hills location and all others will likely understand what a good customer experience entails because this store lacks it in spades.

Anna is the worst sales person ever. Been to multiple locations of the brand all over the world and never felt any disrespect. That person (Anna) should not be representing any luxury brand whatsoever. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
