While I've liked Zegna for years my experiences here have made me a super fan of the brand and the boutique experience. In the years past the only Zegna items I've purchased, have been belts and dress shirts and that was in the department stores. A couple of years ago I was doing my rounds around the Bal Harbour shops in need of a new jacket. I stopped in here to look at some options and was impressed with the selection and the service that I received. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Jordan Kaplan. I explained my wants to him and he clarified my needs by asking me questions. He did not come off as a sales person at all. I could tell that he had my best interest in mind. After we spoke for a few minutes, he offered me an espresso and made some recommendations to me. The espresso gets them the extra star lol! Jordan showed me a good selection of the different models. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the composition materials in each of the models as well as the brand. In all honesty I'm a Brioni guy and never considered a Zegna jacket in the past. I certainly learned what a mistake that has been. The materials and craftsmanship are first class and well done. After narrowing down my selections, Jordan summoned the in-house tailor to make some adjustments to the jacket to show me exactly how it would fit once the tailoring was complete. The tailor was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He did this for each of the jackets that I was on the fence about purchasing. I contemplated going with their Su Misura program (made to measure) when Jordan told me that the cost was only about 10% more than the off the rack prices. Unfortunately I wasn't able to wait the month to have it constructed and shipped to the store. I ended up purchasing one off of the rack. Jordan recommended some additional items but, did not push them on me, which I really appreciated and respected. Completing the purchase was a breeze. I was told that the tailor would be finished with the alterations in four days. Now that is some speedy service. The tailor that I go to religiously in Boca always takes a minimum of a week to do anything for me. I got a call from Jordan a few days later that the jacket was ready. When I picked it up, the tailor came out as I tried it on. He looked it over with a fine tooth comb and made sure that everything was perfect, which it was. I shook their hands and was on my way. I received a follow up call within a few days to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jordan also called me from time to time to let me know about private sales, events, etc. Michael has done the same thing as well. Based on my impression on the very first visit, I have returned several times and have purchased polo shirts, trousers and dress shirts. Sadly Jordan moved to their design district location so I've dealt with Michael and he has been fantastic. The service has been top notch here on each of my visits and the employees aren't snooty or arrogant like most of the ones that work in the department stores. They value you and treat you like gold, even if you aren't spending tons and tons of money which is another thing that I appreciate. I am now a believer in going straight to the boutiques as opposed to the department stores and that is all thanks to Jordan and the rest of the staff at Zegna. I am now a huge fan of the Zegna brand and products. If you need to beef up your wardrobe or are in need of accessories, I highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed in the least. A huge grazie to Jordan, Michael and the rest of the Associates here. You guys rock! TIP: Don't forget to have your parking ticket validated!

Their fantastic collection of sunglasses surprised me. The rest of the fashion selections are well-styled, but a little out of my price range. I had great service from Aida, and the entire staff was welcoming. Not a hint of snobbery in this boutique.

I'm already a fan of the Zegna brand, and I thought this particular boutique lived up to that name. Service was helpful and friendly and not at all overly intrusive (aka, "hovering"). I was greeted when I entered the store, asked if I needed any particular assistance, then left to browse the entire selection of goods. For my jeans, alterations for length were included in the price, and for an extra $15 charge, they shipped the clothes back home where they arrived about a week-and-a-half later (a little on the long side, in my opinion, but not a major issue).
