The worst customer service possible at the Bal Harbour location. I bought Manolos, got them shipped to my house. Even though the shoes valued over $1k there was no signature service required, which sounds insane to me. Package was stolen off my front porch and this company can't take ownership of the fact that a package of that value should ALWAYS require a delivery service. When I brought it to their attention, the sales rep was 0 help. One lady I spoke to was kind and understanding, who then passed the message along to some lady in management that was extremely condescending and rude. Would have avoided a negative review altogether if this lade in particular didn't have such an attitude on the phone. I literally just wanted the shoes, I would have literally bought them again (that's how bad I wanted these shoes) but I cannot stress how rude this employee was on the phone. I'm totally aware that the theft aspect is not a Saks issue, but theres no way there's not some type of policy regarding a signature release with Fedex with this caliber of a company and the luxury brands they have. You're better off shopping at Nordstrom, Neiman's, Macy's, virtually ANY other department store if you want to receive even an ounce of quality customer service and hospitality. I'm left with no refund and no shoes. Very disappointed, spend your money elsewhere.

Our next family adventure take us to Saks Fifth Avenue located inside of Bal Harbour Shops with a category of 4.4 and more than 590 reviews this store by departments is incredibly striking. You founded everything you need any brand for women and men, you can find all the globally recognized brands, incredible designs in shoes, clothing and perfumes. High recommend to visit if you visit Bal Harbour Shops.

Do not trust their final sale no returns policy. It's BS . Just an excuse not to return your money no matter what . I bought a product that was " final sale" then it dropped and they wouldn't adjust the price. Another time I bought some shoddy "final Sale" merchandise they would not do anything nor return my money ! I don't believe their sales and I don't believe their customer service !

The worse experience ever with a luxury brand.I bought my Pumps on 7/22/23 on my first time wearing, I went to a restaurant and set in a boot, after I left the restaurant I got home and found my shoes damaged in the back. I know I haven’t purchased like that, but forMe to wear once and under the table of a restaurant something crazy happens to destroy the back of the shoes like that? I think is a very bad quality for a $1,000 shoes.My husband took the shoes to Dior inside Saks bal harbor, they kept the shoes pretending to help, after 3 days they called us to say that they can’t even repair the shoes. Also I heard the same thing from customer service.I understand they can’t exchange it, but how come your “wonderful Craftsmanship” be so bad like that and you don’t even have a repair service to offer to repair your goods?This is not luxury.. this is not a great service or experience.Btw was 2 pairs. And I’m returning the other one

My boyfriend purchased a Mini Miss Caro , the purse is so beautiful and elegant , I wore it one time ( ONE TIME ) and it got stained by my dress , I understand this could happen , however this purse it’s not $200 and they should mention about color stain , after I contacted Dior CS they told me it could take 3-5 business days to get a quote, so I took the purse to the Dior boutique on saks at Dadeland , the sales representative was very nice , but they told me the whole process will take no more than 1 month and it will be no more than $150. After a couple of days I got an email from Dior CS with a quote for $300 it was not was I was expecting but I understood.Then the boutique 3 weeks after my purse was dropped off gave me a quote for $600 almost 25% of what my boyfriend paid for this purse. Outrageous. Please be aware they don’t care about a purse being new and that they don’t advertise their purses being color stain but the first use. Stay away from damaging any of your Dior products or even better don’t buy them.

Disgusting and dirty. We came to Bal Harbour for 4 days to shop, eat and relax for a girls weekend. The Bal Harbour shops was a hopping center full of boutiques and restaurants. We stopped into Saks to look at shoes and sunglasses. The store in general was dirty, not merchandised and had no one to help you! We spent a good 10 minutes in the shoe salon with not one sales associate in sight. Then proceeded to the sunglass area again with no help and the glass cases looked like no one had cleaned them in a month. Totally smudged, dirty and disgusting. We left and spent our time in all of the lively boutiques.

felt very uncomfortable shopping here as a black woman. The sales associate followed me around, watched my every move and would not let me touch any of the display purses - extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Don’t buy Christian Dior , they said the only sold full size not half but runs small I buy a 44 and I am 43.5 and they don’t run small I try for a day and the don’t want to exchange because I remove the tags , they don’t have a good Custosmer service for a expensive company , I pay 1300 for the shoes

This is a pathetically-operated store and it's quite surprising they have any repeat business - presumably mostly out-of-towners. In November of 2022, I purchased several designer jeans in-store and had them altered by an in-house tailor. The jeans were to be shipped to my home in Colorado with a "promise date" of early December. It's now mid-January and nothing. Calls to all departments at the store simply ring - I called over 12 times. 12 times. I finally contacted someone in the women's department who stated they would work with a manager and get back to me. That has yet to happen. Calling the main Sak's order support number (which goes to Philippines) yields nothing, as they only handle online orders. It's easy to see how conventional retail stores (especially absurdly overpriced ones) will continue to die slow deaths due to online and upstart vendors when their approach to customer service is abysmal.

I absolutely dread coming to this place, biut it's the only place I can get my foundation because I work in the mall and it's the quickest way to get it. They are SHARKS. And if you tell them no, to a product or that you're having a look around, or you know exactly what you want and where to go, God forbid because they treat you like GARBAGE. If its not about their brand, they want nothing to do with you and they make sure that you know that. I'm always so uncomfortable walking in here, because I know I'm going to get attacked and treated like sh***. And don't even get me started when you have to make a return. Or an exchange for the same foundation but a different color that was purchased two days ago. They greet you so nicely and once you tell them what you need, on GOD, TORTURE. The silence, the eye roll. They make you feel like a BUM. I can't express enough how much I hate this place!!!

Store is not clean, super warm and very uncomfortable to shop. They should at least offer water if the AC is broken. Not impressed with this store.
